First off I am NOT a fan of Ford BUT I found this place on my way home from the insection place because I failed my inspection and needed tires.
Let me say, Bob in the service area, is awesome and so we're all of the other guys. Bob started by asking about my budget. A great place to start for sure since tires can be expensive! We found an affordable but good solid tire below my budget and even though the door says they are on an hour and a half wait, they had JUST caught up and were able to take my truck back within like 10 or 20 minutes! I will be coming back!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Ford service location for years, bringing multiple vehicles for service. However, my recent experience has completely shattered my trust in this establishment, and I feel compelled to speak out.
The employee in question, Carlyn Issac, demonstrated a blatant lack of professionalism and integrity. She not only lied about the service but also tried to manipulate the situation by playing the victim when I requested to speak with a manager. Her behavior escalated to the point where she threatened to call the police, despite my polite request for managerial assistance. This type of conduct is not only unacceptable but damaging to Ford’s reputation.
What’s even more concerning is the complete lack of response from the management team. After multiple attempts to address the situation, I’ve yet to hear anything back, which speaks volumes about the poor leadership at this location.
Ford needs to take immediate action and hold employees like Carlyn Issac accountable before they cause irreparable harm to the company’s reputation. This kind of service is entirely unprofessional, and if it continues, Ford will lose loyal customers like myself.
I will not be returning to this location until significant changes are made, and I urge Ford to reconsider how they train and handle their staff.

I ALWAYS received amazing and excellent service. Bob and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. Chris always take very good care of me and the communication is excellent. I take my personal vehicle as well my company vans to them for all service. Highly recommend this team!

As much as you can love getting your oil changed this place is great. The employees are always friendly and it is nice to be at a business that can handle all your car needs in one place.
