Called to schedule a appointment to file our taxes for my business and renew my husbands W7. Very disappointment when I was told no one spoke english. I speak spanish but when dealing with my such important matters as my taxes I prefer to speak English. To make sure i clear understand everything going on. THEY REALLY NEED TO HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT CAN HANDLE ENGLISH AND SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENTS.
