I love coming to Sherwin-Williams! They always have what I need color wise and paint wise. The service has always been amazing in-store and I just moved, so I am excited to continue coming back and finding new colors for my house and my kids room.

I needed to color match my existing wall color. Dillon suggested cutting a coin size sample from my wall and the store could color match it. I must admit I was a bit skeptical. Upon returning to the store, a female staff member quickly whipped up a perfect match! They also recommended the best tools to complete the job. Of course they were right again! Painting was a breeze with their recommendations. Thank you for the 5 star customer service.

My husband and I stopped in at 4:34 on a Saturday not realizing the store closed in 26 minutes. We walked in and for several minutes there was no associate to be found so we started looking through the wallpaper books as we need wallpaper for 3 rooms and paint for the remainder. Another couple walked in and at that point, a young lady came from the back, greeted them, and started showing them around. They soon left and the associate walked to the back room and talked to someone else that worked there.It wasn’t until 5 pm when we were actually asked if we needed any help and 2 minutes later an older man named “Mark” came out of the back, locked the front door, and said that we needed to be on our way because they were closing the store. We were basically pushed out with zero assistance. I would have been completely fine with him coming to me, asking what I needed, and then letting me know that he would be happy to help me when they open back up. None of that was done. He quickly shuffled to the back to count his drawer and told the young lady associate to unlock the door to get us out. That’s it. HORRIBLE customer service .I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My complaint is not with staff. They are courteous and helpful. My complaint is your stock levels. You are out of 2 inch paint brushes. You only have half inch nap roller covers. For the last couple weeks no problock either. Limited contractor packs and no 3/8 inch nap. I'm trying to do business with a local store but I find myself having to go to Lowes in order to apply the paint. This becomes a time trap and determining where to go for my painting needs is becoming an issue. The 5 stars is for your employees.
