Southern States is a retail agricultural cooperative serving farm and home needs. It is a go-to place for yard maintenance and farm supplies, with a variety and selection of products that cannot be best, including specific lawn items and top-shelf products. Customers find the best prices on items like chicken feed and propane. The store has a great selection of hunting gear. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and appreciative of customers, often providing explanations and assistance. They also offer a military discount. Some feedback notes that equipment like flat carts can sometimes be in poor repair. Overall, it is viewed as a great store with awesome staff.
Great store for needs around the farm or garden and even for folks who don't live in the country. Better selection and prices than a box store like Lowes.
