Unbelievable! This place is like a Twilight Zone episode. Just trying to return equipment and it's been 30 minutes and counting! Employees could care less. Totally incompetent. One employee just having a conversation the whole time! Avoid this place if you can.

I have mixed feelings about spectrum but this store is great. The associate was very helpful in removing services I don't need (I hate that you can't do that online). He even got me a really good discount for 2 years. The atmosphere of the store was nice but it was not clear that I had to sign in when I entered.

I went in with the intention to switch not knowing everything I needed. Victor was a tremendous help and gave me some advice and I will be returning soon. This location has great customer service.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced anywhere.Go somewhere else. Everyone there should be fired, especially the managers. Terrible company to do business with after 15 years doing business with them, TWC. Never again.billy mills

1 star is too much. Kiosk to pay bill always malfunctioning. Staff is extremely rude and obnoxious with major attitude. 2 workers tag teamed and were very rude and cocky like no one can hold them accountable for their poor customer service. Where management.? Poor customer service, always a line to get in, don't always open on time either. This is a poor reflection on spectrum who's already rep is tarnished by their prices! Hire a new team ! Plenty of people out there need jobs, and maybe they'll treat customers better.

No long review needed. It is a horrible service that is waaaayyyyy over priced. Better options exist. Switched to T-mobile 5g home internet for $30 (promos included) a month and get 320mbps-440mbps down and over 60 up(lowest speeds during heavy storms). Had fiber at previous address which blows cable out of the water for $60 a month.

All I needed to do was drop off my equipment and pay my bill… should be fast and easy- right? NOT! Told to sign in as I entered and sitting here for over half an hour! Still waiting! They have 2 people and a list of over 15 people waiting. So happy to be done with this company.

The associate was nice and helpful but the wait is a little unreasonable just to exchange equipment. Seems they need more help in this store. Maybe someone that could handle the quick services your customers need instead of waiting for the extended service some need.

Great quick service. We added a 2nd cell phone to our account. Lisa Love was the one who helped us. She did a great job. Would recommend Spectrum Cell phone service!!

The worst. Everything about Spectrum is dogish. Came into this location to take back equipment and lower my bill that continued to rise for months. The representative assured me it was taken care of and my bill was going to be lowered by almost $100. Fast forward several months and several more calls to the ever-so-pleasant Spectrum customer service, and I’m paying more than I was before, still paying for the returned equipment and the internet service is WORSE that it’s ever been. Complete garbage of a company. One-ply

Went here today to get a new phone for my husband. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a Sunday, so it was to be expected. We saw Billy and he was super nice and quick at getting everything turned over to the new phone.

I came into the store after trying to transfer internet to a new home over the phone. The lady on the phone added higher internet, tv and a mobile phone to my account. I was really disappointed with the situation and was afraid it would be a complicated fix. There was a wait time of almost and hour, however we noticed Victor was able to get through a lot of customers quickly! He was also able to help me with getting the right plan I wanted in less than 5 minutes! I left a happy customer!

Nothing is ever their fault. The internet Conveniently goes out 10 mins into takeing a final exam. It didn't come back on for hours later hours after I was supposed to be done with the exam. All they had to do was sign a paper stating that they knew there was an outage at that time. And I couldn't get anybody to save my life to sign that paper. So Ultimately I end up failing that exam and class. Will never use them again.

I had a great experience at the Spectrum Store on hwy 74 in Monroe. Went in to change cell service to Spectrum. Karlos provided wonderful customer service. Friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. Thank you, Karlos!
