They are so rude here. They ask a bunch of questions make you seem like a criminal. Today I tried to deposit my check from my job and Shakira was very rude about the situation. Will never come back to this branch. Very unprofessional!!

I am writing this review because today I was next to the last car in line and when that car pulled off and I pulled up to the teller closed down the blind at the window yeah granite it was like 5:35 PM, but they could’ve took me or gave me warning that there was closing They did nothing except for close that window down and left me sitting out there

Making a car payment at 9am and the teller was very rude seemed like she was ready to go home I think her name is Yvonne an older lady whatever she got going on leave it at home

Always have been pleased with location. Very professional, And they also make me feel welcomed. And they do what they can to the best of their ability. Page the branch manager does a wonderful job here.

Went there to be pre approved for a loan, the guy we talked to was rude from the get go and just looked at the paper said he couldn't do anything. Called the 24/7 was approved for a loan in less than 2 minutes. The guy just didn't want to do his job

This guys would not let me make a deposit and there were still minutes until closing. The bank associate told me to come back tomorrow or use the ATM, he was very rude and got loud. If I were able to use the ATM I would have used that option first. I do not feel like I was treated fairly. This is not the first time I've come to this location and the employees are angry. Going forward I'll use a different location. I'm sure nothing will be done about how they treat people that's why they continue to be rude and angry. If you don't like interacting with people and being in customer service it's easy to just find a different career.

No stars I thought these banks were for middle class idk why everybody says they help u do things other banks can't maybe they just help the rich people from every visit I have made there they are snobbish uppity and ready to get off work .An there is no point in talking to management she is the same way if ur are smart go corporate cause they clique up an pass you to they team make in management to throw u away .an they will also tell u that the 1800 number don't always give the correct information lol which i feel was a lie but yea it's Africa American ppl with a position don't kno how to act bit the others are nice I guess

Everyone there is always so sweet The ladies the gentleman you hardly ever get anyone who was rude every time I walk in they greet me with a smile on my face and I love where you can go in and change out your change for cash with no fees

This bank location is big and has a HUGE parking lot with ample parking spots. I am always on the lookout for a quick drive thru ATM and this location did not disappoint. It has an ATM at the front entrance as well as a drive-thru ATM.
