About Union Power Cooperative
Union Power Cooperative is a long-standing, community-oriented cooperative with broad coverage and infrastructure. It offers value and reliable service to many long-term members, backed by A+ BBB accreditation. The cooperative demonstrates responsiveness to customer issues through complaint resolution, with supervisors being extremely helpful and understanding. Customer service is outstanding, with kind, patient, and understanding staff both in the office and out in the field. The work crews are amazing, restoring power quickly—often within an hour, and never over two hours during major storms, with a record of 40 minutes. They risk their lives in storm winds and heavy downpours, impressing members with power back in a reasonable time frame, even with over 9,000 outages. Power outages are rare, and members are thankful every day. The new facility is very nice, with friendly service for paying bills, requesting service, or other issues, including online payment options.

Its place to pay your power bill, request power service or any other issues. But U can also just call and you can pay bill on line also. New facility and very nice. Good customer service. Friendly.
