This location should be investigated for fraudulence. The amount of negative reviews due to stolen packages is alarming. The very first person that should be investigated is the supervisor Timothy Gardner(petite red head gentleman). I went in multiple times due they confirmed the mailman delivered to the wrong address and it can be seen in the Geo Scan, however there’s nothing they can do. They told me to submit a claim which was denied even with documented proof (which doesn’t surprise me it’s inside job and they will protect themselves) or I can submit a police report of which he laughed and pretty much said good luck because the police won’t pursue it.

Went to pick up a package like the tracking number look up directed me to do since it was unable to be delivered to a 24/7 business. No biggie I don't mind. I get there, the reddish blonde headed man was late opening the door. Was kind of rude and didn't explain to me how the rerouted mail happens when asked why something could not be delivered to a 24/7 business. It's loud in there and he yelled you need to listen and not talk. I just asked a simple question and was returned with complete rudeness. Thanks USPS for hiring someone who can not explain a simple mishap more clearly and made a scene in front of other customers. I didn't get my package because of course its out for delivery as he stated, yet tracking still tells me to pick it up at the annex. Do better and take him off the customer service window. He'd be better at cleaning in the back or something, dealing with customers who have questions not so much.

Over 3 packages stolen marked as delivered in the last 2-3 weeks. Many more packages lost in the last two years. Hopefully they replace everyone in there. I went in and they agreed and saw the packages were delivered to a different address. Basically told me to kick rocks and to file a missing package. Police report and postal investigation has been filed with this place. I hope these investigations gets the people held accountable for their “mistakes” too many of them happened in the last few weeks.
Also 3 other people in line were complaining about missing packages. Ironically all had the same zip code as me. Something is going on there.

We were given the wrong key to the mailbox parcel for a package. Called and complained, they said they stopped by and gave us a new key but it still doesn’t work! Have to call and reopen the complaint. It’s nearly impossible getting anyone on the phone.

Package said picked up by individual at facility and i never picked up my package!! It was out for delivery all day but never was delivered to my home!! There is always a problem when packages come through postal service

If I could give them zero stars I would. Too lazy to pull up into the driveway and deliver packages on a porch step a few feet away that don’t fit in the mailbox so they force it in there leaving packages hanging out or literally place them on top of the mailbox so they end up on the ground near the road. The last two box packages I have gotten have been pushed in to the point I have had to hold on to the mailbox and forcefully pull at the package to get it out trying not to break the mailbox. Don’t even think about calling their number to complain they never pick up. They also once in a while mark a package as delivered. You’ll be thinking they delivered it to the wrong house or it’s stolen and it shows up two days later. Pathetic excuse for employees. If you wanna complain I suggest going to the annex they circulate from.

I have a flex warehouse space and we receive our mail in a cluster box that includes outgoing mail slot.
My PO Box rental fee was late and I was headed out of town so I put the check in that box on Fri 9/13, went to get mail 9/26 and box lock had been changed and mail sent back to sender, they had not received my payment.
Approx 2 weeks ago I received a stack of mail from another unit (I'm POA Admin) for various addresses for our cluster box dating back 3 months, two pieces were registered mail
Today I call the Monroe Carrier Annex to complain about all this and they don't answer phone and while it's ringing hang up - 5 times. SOUNDS LIKE A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM OF NOONE DOING THEIR JOB -- frustrated in 28079

Was supose to receive a package by today 9/13/2024. And never came. This place is a total disgrace to the postal service. Plain and simple they suck and the only way I was aloud to type something I had to give them 1 star and they don't even deserve that.
