I absolutely love this post office and especially the people working there! MaryAnn and Ray always go beyond to help me! I cant say enough good about this post office! Everyone that works in this office are amazing, kind, understanding people! Thank you all for always giving me Top A service! I appreciate each and every one of you!

I come here quite a lot for sending packages (obviously) and usually have a smooth, if not pleasant, experience. Occasionally not so much but this typically happens when its busy.

I had my official graduate degree mailed to me. The envelope says do not bend. The mail person bent it anyways and shoved it in the mail box. I got the university to replace it. Just got the replacement and the same mail person did the same thing again to the new one. That's two of them bent and damaged because they just bend things and shove them in the mail boxes with no care in the world.

No one ever answers the phone and they somehow marked that “customer (meaning me) requested for package to be held at the office for pick up” which I did NOT request and there is no way to reach the office short from actually going there. Very frustrating.

I scheduled to have a couple packages picked up. The scheduled day was passing by and I starting getting nervous. At 8:13 pm I got an email that they had been picked up, but they had not. I left them there until 10:30 pm and no one ever came. These were timed returns that had to be in that day or I would be charged hundreds of dollars. The following day (after dropping off my packages in person at the Mineral Springs location where the man was very helpful), I called the office number for the Monroe location. It rang and rang before finally switching to a busy signal. I tried multiple times throughout the day with the same outcome. Do not trust this office to pick up your packages... or answer the phone.

Horrible post office. Rude employees and on top of that they just leave my mail in the rain on the porch to get ruined. Employees don't realize they are human and their stuff stinks like everyone elses.

I absolutely cannot believe how a government establishment could lie as they have. I reported a package being delivered to the wrong parcel box (my neighborhood has looked parcel boxes that only a mail carrier can access to deposit mail. I do not live in an apartment so no one else has access) I contacted the 1800 number and they advised me to also contact the local number . I spoke with Susan she told me that she was going to speak with the carrier (she claimed to have did it while we were on the phone) and that the carrier would back track to see if she could locate the package. Susan agreed that with the boxes only being accessible by carrier and or the resident with a key that this error was in fact caused by the mail carrier. Today i received an email stating that the package was in fact left in the right mailbox and that it was the manufacturers fault for not placing insurance on the package. Thank God for technology because i actually have my neighbor on camera brining me the package that was left IN HER LOCKED MAILBOX. I’m not sure why i received an email from Susan today stating that there was no wrong doing on their behalf but it’s absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. A manager needs to reach out to me asap . I have emailed you all as well. It’s all about accountability and these folks seem to lack. .oh and of course they dodge phone calls

The post office employees are all ignorant. Obviously if something is shipped flat , you probably should not fold it in half to fit it in the slot in the box because you are too lazy to walk 7 extra steps to set it by the door . The individual running our route has no business working in that field. God forbid someone take pride in their work. Absolutely disgusting. Par for the course for USPS these days .
