“I came here to get birthday party decor for my Mom's upcoming surprise train ride! I feel awful not remembering the amazing associate that assisted me! She was African American, and may have been the on duty manager! When I say AWESOME she was, I mean just that, AWESOME! She helped me navigate what I was looking for, coordinating options and then reminding me to use my popshelf app at the register! I promised her I'd be back to show her how everything came together. When I do I'll update another review! Exceptional customer service and when someone is that great, a REVIEW is necessary 🤗!”
