Eyewear specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful as to brands and durability of eyewear and VSP insurance issue that did not readily find me in the system as insured. Dale in the Monroe NC store was great!

Walked into the Visionworks store in Monroe, N.C. and was never acknowledged or spoken to by the salesperson. He was helping someone else which I understand but to not speak to me at all is just poor customer service!

Store manager Troy came through! I went to another Visionworks and they dropped the ball and never sent in my frames to the lab. I ended up getting a refund to go elsewhere, but I really liked those frames I selected. I visited Troy's store in Monroe and he came thought. He was able to take care of me and even kept checking on one of the issues that kept me from using my insurance due to the issue at the previous location I had visited. I was so impressed with his operation, I had my mom get her glasses from his location as well. We're both more than satisfied!

I have had an amazing experience at this Visionworks! Troy and Nick were wonderful and very understanding when I came to them with an issue. They were helpful, kind, and truly listened and did everything they could to help!

I am completely out of contacts. I can only get new ones with an exam. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times due to cancellations & now cannot get anyone on the phone to order my contacts. The store is “closed for training”. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Love the optometrist at the office next door to the Visionworks, she's the best! She actually listens to what you have to say and gives you great advice....she will be my optometrist for life! The Visionworks is good too, mostly guys working in there so it feels a little like a "good ole boys" place, but hey it is in Monroe. Everyone was very friendly though, this was my second time going. Ordered two new pairs of glasses, on is perfect and the other needs to be replaced. Overall, good experience and would highly recommend the doctor!

Very rude, And unprofessional. The Dr tells the lady working at the front desk to "get the F out of my way". I was inside waiting with my wife and was told I had to leave cause of Covid and only patients are allowed in waiting room. I woke up next to her wouldn't you think if she has Covid I'd have it, but I get it rules are rules. However this place needs more professional staff.
