“I visited The Vitamin Shoppe recently, and it was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a longtime. The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
I was assisted by an employee named Angel, who truly stood out. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, was personable, extremely helpful, and had a great sense of humor. So many people in customer service today lack these essential qualities.
