Something needs to be done about the pharmacy. They are constantly overwhelmed which then reflects on the customer. They also always have a line at the drive through and it seems like they are getting the person’s life story it takes so long for people to get there prescription and move on. I don’t understand this because once I get to the window it takes me about 3 minutes. Last thing there are 2 great workers Tam and Dave the others need to take a class on how to be polite!!

Pharmacy staff is rude. Drive through said both lanes are open but when you use both lanes they only want to do one at a time. Kept pressing the call button and asked why they only were able to assist one at a time if both lanes are open. I had medicine ready to pick up and had to wait on a guy in an 80k truck get several cards declined and the next lady asking about her kids Medicaid and she didn’t even have prescriptions to pick up. Everyone can hear others business and the girl told me hope you have the day you deserve so I will be calling corporate to complain because this was a mess

The pharmacy is the worst part of Walgreens. They are always rude when you ask questions regarding medication refills. Or what steps need to be taken in order to get the insurance situated. If you’re going to work behind the counter and answer phones don’t be rude. Stop cutting people off. Please note, I understand you guys are busy, but when someone is genuinely trying to understand something or needs assistance don’t be ill with the customers!!

NO STARS.I understand, they may be busy but that is no reason to be disrespectful to anyone. They did not seem short staffed. But even with 6 people behind the counter, it still took 35 minutes to pick up a prescription. Today (11-6-23) I had an appointment to get a flu shot. I was there 10 minutes early and 4 people that came after me were called in first. Two of them did not have an appointment. Thirty minutes later, I got back in line to ask about my shot and they said, "Oh, your insurance denied it" I was sitting there, waiting, and NOBODY even told me!? I went down the street to CVS and without an appointment I was in and out in 15 minutes. They said my insurance covers the vaccine 100%. I will never go back to this Walgreens. I don't love CVS but they were hands down, more polite and just nicer in general than Walgreens.

The most unorganized pharmacy I have ever visited. Called the day before and was told my prescription would be ready after 9 am. Arrived at 11 to pick up and the prescription still has not been filled siting "non contracted insurance" I was informed of that the day before when I asked to have it filled. Crazy I've never had this problem at a CVS.

Switched to this location last year because it was a closer drive. I have had prescriptions delayed because they had no stock, I have been shorted pills in orders, and today was the last straw. Prescription was delayed for insurance approval. I called and asked them to fill it and I would pay full price. Tech said no problem. I checked on line two hours later and it was still showing delayed. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who stated they had no such prescription. I told him it was in my online account, and had also received an automated call from Walgreens about the delay. He insisted, and said I needed to have my Dr. call it in again. So fed up!

Im inside the Walgreens RIGHT NOW and “the manager”, Dorean was being racist to a Latino family of 3. They were standing at the perfume section minding their business and looking at perfumes. She sees them and yells “hello?!” And procedes to give them attitude while telling them: “you should’ve pressed the button if you needed me.” Mind you, they were just standing there. Not one time did they ask for someone to walk to the counter. They are with their kid who couldn’t be more than 6 years old. As most children do, he was tapping on the counter. Dorean tells him not to do that without an ounce of respect or kindness in her voice. The mother tells her child in SPANISH not to do that and while she’s trying to talk to her child, Dorean snaps at her and says “I don’t speak Spanish! I don’t know what you’re saying!” I’m in pure shock in the aisle witnessing how easily rude she was being to them but she had no problem talking to the older white woman before them. Corporate needs to do some SERIOUS training on Dorean or get her out of there! Disgusting behavior.

I spoke with a person not sure if man or woman. Sounded like a woman. She was so rude about medication!! She was rude when I ask to speak to a manager or pharmacist!! I hope their business gets so slow so she understands what it is like to be on a fixed income trying to call to find medication that you need every month and there is shortage or she is reprimanded .. I live one and half hour away how am I supposed to drive that far to see if they have medication on hand? I am so disappointed in this Walgreens but appreciated all the others that took time to answer my question and not be rude about it! Every other Walgreens answered my question over the phone.. this is not from penny Cranford but from Pam watts … . P watts

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I received a voicemail and a text message that my medication was ready, sent a family member to pick it up and they have no record of it. Tried to call and they just keep placing me on hold. You would think they would make an effort to improve based on all of the previous reviews!

Went to return some batteries I was over charged for paid cash and was told all I could do is get store credit back what a bunch of crooks charged me 50 dollars for some batteries that were on sale and was charged full price tried to return them and was told only could get store credit not the first time having problems at this location do not recommend

Absolutely horrible, for one the call center is a joke when they always transfer you anyway the your hold another hour before someone answers , then in store is horrible the service is definitely not professional the ladies don't even know what prior Auth means or how to switch out insurance always and running over to ask someone the finally the drive thru is a freaking joke I order medication 10 hours prior was told it would be ready at so and so time and ok go about an hour after that said time and hey till need an hour for one Rx.. OMG I was a pharmacy technician I understand it's stressful but this place has become all about money and getting more patients then actually worrying about the customers they have and keeping people I would guess they are transferring in and out A LOT.. shm I'm done . Did I mention it takes an hour to even get through their drive thru

This Walgreens is by far the worst place to fill prescriptions because no one there has a clue about what they are doing. Text tell you prescriptions are ready and make 30 min drive to be told they don’t know what we are talking about. If this happened occasionally that would be one thing but this is a common occurrence here. A group of first graders would do a better job. At least they are consistently stupid.

Dave is amazing!!! I was paying an astronomical amount for my insulin.I found a savings program but no one would do the work to make it work for me. Thankfully I got Dave one day and he worked so hard to make this happen. He called my insurance, my doctors office and whoever he needed to to get this savings program to work. Now I am getting my insulin for a fraction of the price. I was paying almost 1/2 of my paycheck every month for this and now am paying $35. THANK YOU DAVE for caring about your customers and not making me feel like another number. I will be forever grateful for your hard work. This man deserves a raise! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have been using this store for my refills which I get the same every month for the last 12+ years . I have been trying to be patient . Everytime I call for a quick question I’m on hold for at least 24 minutes . Went to get my refills the other day they told me they were out of stock that it would be Wednesday when it would be filled . Well I called today and they just told me they are still out I asked do you know when you might have them they just said no . I mean can they not do a little calling themselves and find out . People that take the same medications every single month can’t just stop taking certain meds cold turkey like that . They used to be a great store but it seems to be going down hill quicker amd quicker
