Good experience here compared to other pharmacies. Nice staff and medicine available when you need it. Will definitely use and have done so repeatedly. Clean place and quicker turnaround times for filling prescriptions.

The new automated system is a joke. It picks up everything in the background but you. Plus it says it will contact you to someone but after 15 exact minutes no answer.

I use this pharmacy often and it is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is attentive and very helpful and answered all my questions. The only thing missing is a drive up window to drop Rx off. Requesting refills is easy thru the walmart app.

If I could, I would actually give this place zero stars. Almost every single aisle has misplaced items and there are more than a few isles with unorganized items all over the place. For some reason the management of the store decided today (in the middle off the day) was stocking day and it was extremely difficult to navigate the aisles with a cart, and some employees were rude. Keep in mind this is a Walmart that is open 24/7. So many items were out of stock on the shelves, it was very difficult to find many things that when asked, employees would go check the back because they had no idea where things were. In the electronics section, there was only one employee helping customers, even though there was a long line of people needing assistance. She even called for assistance and still no one came. There was only one cash register open, everything else was self checkout. If i wanted to check myself out, I would have went and bought a mirror. There is a major issue with management at this store, because not all Walmart stores are this bad (the Locust, NC store is actually pretty amazing). I will not be returning to this store again, unless many things change.

I just picked up a prescription and I felt like the cashier Mary, was rude to me. Not friendly at all. And this isn't the first time this has happened with this woman. I'm young with piercings and colored hair. I feel like she doesn't like the way I look and so isn't friendly and acts like she doesn't care. Not happy.

This is a review of the Walmart deli counter. I usually would not get my lunch meat and cheeses here because of the long lines to get my deli meats. I saw that no one was in line and one deli counter employee working behind the counter. She was an older lady and she saw me approach and her face said it all. Don't bother me! She was busy getting a deli order ready, did not acknowledge me at all. She made me wait about 3-5 minutes then decided I wasn't leaving and helped me. What a sourpuss tho. Sorry the management doesn't give you help or that you have to work. Sorry that you started at 9 and now it's after 11 and you haven't gotten a break. Not sure why it's my fault. She was just as friendly when I completed my order. I kissed wanted to slap some kindness into her. Overall, the store is nice and has a lot of selection. I've ran into a couple of other employees that were friendly. I would recommend this store even though you may get an unhappy person at the deli counter.

long check out lines. pharmacy lines are terrible, had a bad experience with being overcharged, talked with the head pharmacist and he said I should try another drug, found out they were charging me $148 for last two refills. should be $4, was able to get a refund from a guest pharmacist, will be changing to a new pharmacy 1/1/19. No wonder they have a plaque reward "highest profit Walmart pharmacy". two years in a row. another thing is they usually do not have a handicap cart available, hard to believe the Walton's have more money than the bottom 42% of Americans, but will not provide more handicapped carts.

This store's customer service is terrible. I had a manager tell me she would call me to resolve an item issue that was supposed to be picked up. Instead she claimed my items were returned and now I can not get the at the sale pricing which I had purchased them. She never called to tell me this, I guess I was supposed to just never get them. I missed out on all of my little girl's Christmas presents. My sons had shown up there with no problem. When I called the store to find out the managers name (Christina), I was hung up on over 3 times.
