I went in this store in Monroe NC M bonday and the code red mountain dew was $1.68 and was out of stock. I come back the next day and it's in stock and went up to $2.28 that's a ,60 cents hike in a day . We ring up our own merchandise, we bag our own merchandise and we pay through a self pay register. You eliminate employee jobs and replace them with self checkout and prices sky rocket out of our budget. Needless to say I took the merchandise

Worst pickup experience EVER! They had moved there pickup area without removing the old signs. No one answered the phone for over 15 minutes. Finally another angry shopper came out from the store and told me they moved the pickup area to thr rear of the store without letting customers know! All they had to do was put a notice on the old sings telling customers where to go!!! If I could have giving a -0 rating I would have! Not only were several customers waiting while I continued to wait for over 30 minutes, they were just as angry as I was. I will NEVER go to this store again. This store is only 10 miles from my house and I will drive 30 miles to the next store where they are on point, competent, reliable and friendly. Again, worst Walmart store EVER! Online shoppers beware!

The employees here are some of the rudest, most unhelpful people I have encountered at any store ever. The customer service desk has zero customer service skills and when I asked for the district manager's number since all my packages from this store were delivered to someone's address that isn't mine and they just kept saying it was Uber's fault, they told me to find the number myself at the front. I worked as an underpaid retail associate for years and I would never tell a customer to go look for a corporate number themselves.

Auto center: 2010 Dodge Avenger- 4 new tires installed, to bulbs replaced, and headlight restoration that we thought was BEYOND restoring... MAN! The service was quick, and everyone was pleasant. Ms. Deborah answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. She was joyous and funny but professional. The young man (forgot his name- I apologize) who serviced the vehicle was extremely helpful and kind (informed us the vehicle needed a starter- THANK YOU), and Mr. Bernard made those 2010 headlights look BRAND NEW!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! Customer service is EVERYTHING, and quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. Thank you!

Today a group of people was exiting this store. I was the only black person exiting with the group. No one else had to show a receipt when they were leaving, but I will stop by two people wearing regular clothes. The lady walked up to me and said for me to give me her things that I didn't pay for them. I was confused because they look like regular people and acted like they knew me. The lady again told me to give me her things and this time she said she had me on camera stealing. I didn't take it serious because they weren't wearing uniforms of any sort, but now she's standing in front of my car preventing me from leaving so now she has my attention. She said that I needed to give her her things again that I didn't pay for them she had me on camera just taking them. I'm upset now at this point because it look like two random people trying take my things. Ask him to show me a badge because they started mentioning police now. The lady pulls out a Walmart badge with the name Malena on it and finally asked me for my receipt. They have already accused me of stealing in front of everyone. They already said that they had me on camera stealing. I had just gotten off of work and to deal with this towards the end of my day was disgusting. They followed me out the store and stopped at the exit on the outside. Security guard pulls up and takes a picture of my license and me putting my stuff in the car. After taking a picture of my license plate and my car I told him this was profiling. I shared that out of everybody that left the store I was the only one singled out and with confidence accused of stealing on camera. I told him I just got off of work it's been a long day I showed them my work shirt and he told me that I must go inside and clear it up. I'm upset now because not only was I embarrassed in the store I had to go back in the store to clear my name with the manager. The manager was absolutely no help. I showed him a receipt and he said that the store hires a third party security they have no control over what they do. This is disgusting I've come here many times and I could assure you each time that I've come I've spent $200 at minimum for 2 years. I was highly offended, embarrassed, publicly humiliated, accused. They literally said they had me on camera stealing and the whole time I had a receipt. The way they approached me was unprofessional, you guys need to do a better job of training your staff. Racial profiling isn't cool!

I love our newly renovated Walmart store in Monroe , NC!!! It is a very pleasurable shopping experience when I go. Type in what you're looking for in the App and it tells exactly where it is. It shows you exactly what Isle number it's on !!! I just love it!!❤️❤️

Just today 10/29/2023 I arrived at the automotive department of Walmart Monroe, NC and scheduled an appointment for 2pm (same day 10/29/2023) to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed on my Chevy Suburban. So I waited the 2 hours until 2:00, was called up to the counter and paid $630.75 for the tires. The moment they had my money they told me they could not install the tires on my vehicle. These are the same size tires that are on my truck now, and they willingly sold them to me and took my money. They just flatly refused to install them. I am furious. I just wasted my whole day, driving an hour one way to get this done, just to be ripped off.

This store is so bad, the company needs to go in and clean house. Waited in the Uber it3ms lot getting 2 orders and after an hour and a half a supposed manager, (I think name was Steve, but i might be wrong. African Ameeican man, probably 5'11" early 50s) came out and gave me attitude telling me that if he comes out with the order and I'm gone he's going to "kick my ______".... then when I yelled asking him what his name was, he took off his badge and told me: "come get it and find out".... I'm not playing games with these people. While I was there I whitnessed so many people having issues. Place is a disgrace to Walmart name.

Most of the time I go here. I don't need help from anyone, I usually can get what I need, but the one time I did ask for help. I was .30 cents short on my total, so I told them I'd run to the car to get it, I'd be right back, went out. Came back . By this time a gentleman had just refunded my order bc he was just taking thr cash out at the time. (No one was in line or behind me, no one was waiting to use that reg.there was no reason for him to refund it. ) but he did. When I reached him, he placed the money in my hand, and said here u will have to re-reing it, and said I just can't. As though he was just so stressed, over having to wait for me to run to the car. Then proceeded to walk to registers over, and stand there, watching me as if I was going tonsteal it over 30 cents. Not just him two others stood thetr watching as well. That was so uncomfortable. Embarrassing. Just bc I was .30 Short. It was embarrassing enough. By the time I left I was so mad, and embarrassed. I didn't think it was a big deal. But Maybe it is. Next time I'll just have them cancel it out. And I'll do it again when I come back. Hopefully there won't be a next time. All of that over .30 cents.

Instead of remodeling Walmart, you need to work on your staffing. No cashiers, and if you find a cashier there are so rude. They act as if it is an inconvenience to check you out. Walmart needs to work on there customer service skills. I hope Walmart loses there business.

This location can be kinda messy with items laying around or tons of restocking happening so it's hard to get through aisles. Prices are good for the food items compared to other stores, so would recommend if you're on a tight budget or want to save a few bucks on pantry items.
