They had the part I wanted and needed but at a cost. It was a tail gate handle that I previously saw on Amazon for $20. They had it in stock but the price was $89. It's the price you pay for not using Amazon but that's a huge markup

Had a mix up originally, but the two young guys at the front helped resolve the situation and everything was taken care of. Will be continuing to choose advance over other auto stores due to good customer service like this

I replaced the OEM battery in my 2017 Ram 1500 R/T several years ago with a Diehard H7 AGM Platinum battery from the Advanced store on Plaza Drive here in Mooresville, NC several years ago. I have had no problems with it until today. I went to the store to have it checked. Chris came out, hooked up the load tester, and confirmed it was a little weak but no other problems. As I am disabled due to many surgeries and have trouble moving around, Chris made the call and replaced my old battery with a new one. He said he didn't want to worry about me getting stuck somewhere with a weak battery. I was thrilled to see this kind of customer service was alive and well. I have already let my brother and nephew know (both major gearheads), plus my friends know what Chris did for me. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for employing men like Chris, and thanks Chris for thinking about my welfare. I won't shop anywhere else.

Clifton the manager there was invaluable for my wife’s flat tire; screw in it. He took time out of his busy day and repaired the tire perfectly. At the time was a huge dilemma as she had appointments with our kids that had been planned for months, and i was away. Cant congratulate this man’s professionalism and willingness, kudos to Clifton!

I typically shop here and receive good service but this week has been trying at best. Stop in Tuesday, July 26, to order rear struts. Yes sir, 1 in stock we can have the other by tomorrow. Ok, I'll get both tomorrow. Pay nearly $400. Come back Wednesday and the 1 in stock isn't actually there, the other one will be in after 5:30. We can get the 2nd by 5:30 today. Ok wait till Saturday and stop in. Got 1 in, the other isn't here. They find one 20 miles away, website says store opens at 8am. I'm here at 8:09 and sign on the door says 9am.

This Advance Auto Parts saved the day....other two previous locations I went to on Sunday were a let down with inaccurate inventory. in their computer system, Dez was very professional and helpful!
