If there was a minus star that’s what this company would get. Can’t bear dealing with them. Too many horrible experiences to put in review. This company is a mess and I’ve put up with them for too long and it never gets better.

What a very dysfunctional operation. I called and made an appointment the day before. I showed up on time and they said that they did not have an appointment for me. The gentleman named Jarrod who came out said I was the second person that showed up today that they didn't have an appointment scheduled for. Jarrod was very nice and apologized but that doesn't change the fact that someone in their organization screwed up twice in the same day. I won't be going back!!

I've had an appointment for over a month now to get my cpap. I arrived for my appointment early and the blue haired woman was extremely unprofessional and said that she couldn't see where I was scheduled at all. She didn't apologize for wasting my time or have anything to offer but another appointment for over a week out. I've been trying to get my cpap for going on four months now. This place looked to be unorganized and I actually had to find someone to help me instead of being welcomed. This business has no place being part of the medical field. Well here it is a year later and I've turned in my CPAP because I couldn't sleep with it and they were charging my insurance $190 a month when it should have been paid off in 6 months. This was over 3 months ago and I'm still receiving bills from Rotech. This place doesn't even have it on file where I turned everything in. So they have been charging my insurance for services that don't exist and for a machine and material that is still sealed in its original packaging that have all been turned in. Looking at the bill that is insurance fraud. They are robbing Medicare by claiming false charges and at the same time I'm receiving bills for stuff I don't have. How are they still in business. No business in the medical field should ever have ratings and reviews like this business does. They have had a 1 star for over 2 years now I definitely know why from my experience. This place needs to be charged with insurance fraud and shutdown for good.

I agree at some of the other comments about knowing how to run a business. They sent my mask out wrong size. I didn't look at it until I needed it. I was told sorry can't return it and you're not due for one until the next week or so. I really don't appreciate the attitude person on the other end had. I'm going to find a way to change my business. Someone .else that deserves it

My husband is oxygen dependent, they double billed, never included the Medicare payments either. Held is oxygen hostage! Manager named Dawn Hahn claims she doesn't get involved in billing. If you have oxygen needs please look elsewhere, I believe they are commiting fraud! I have reported them, waiting to hear back. Seriously save yourself the stress! No customer service at all. Do not want to help you in any way. If you have any problems no reason to call because you won't get any help. My mom is on oxygen and is having trouble with tube that goes to oxygen machine. Rolls us and creases.Said that was the only tube they have. Will not come out to look at the problem. The only way they come out is to bring oxygen. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do not use them! Just look at their ratings!

Can call in for issues and they don't handle them .it's like u never called but yet want to charge u for stuff u don't use and have ask them to come and pick up .can't get medical supplies when needed

Calling in for basic information for relative and the person who answered was rude and condescending and for some reason every time I asked a question she told me that I was confused? That is really odd because when I asked her name she said that she couldn’t give it to me? I asked for someone- anyone else that might be able to participate in a conversation and she couldn’t give me one single name. So if you call this place for anything, just ask for confused and she will not be able to help in any way.

They don't care if there patients die or not! Brought 2 tanks instead of 6. They hang up on you when you call. And refuse to give you corporates phone number! Let me tell you this is uncalled for.

My disabled aunt gets oxygen supplies from here, which would be great if only they were dependable. I ordered 6 tanks on June 23rd was told it would be here Mon. 27th. At 4 pm on Monday called and asked if they could check that she was still on schedule. They said we have one driver running late it will be there and didn't bother checking. No delivery came. Called back on 28th and talked with supervisor. Because this is second time this has happened. Also happened around Memorial Day. Supervisor said that they could drop off 3 tanks that I had to sign for, which I did even though I have never had to sign for any other deliveries. She then checked system and said we never had a delivery scheduled. Then she said we would get delivery following Monday. Which my bad I wasn't looking at calendar but that turned out to be July 4th. And they were closed off course. So I call back Tuesday morning and was told that they just upgraded the computer system to call back after lunch. Called back and only get answering service now. Tried again later same result. I left messages for call back, which never happened. I tried calling again on Wed with exact same results. I have called 4 times today with no answer from a human being. Left another message and still no return call and here it is almost the close of business day again. I guess I'll need to talk with my aunts doctor to get another referral and make sure it is not this outfit. This is ridiculous. People depend on the oxygen and if they can't be relied upon they are defiantly in the wrong business.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get them to pick up oxygen tanks since Nov 2020 ! They have set several dates but no show no calls. Then they turn around and send me a bill for$2900.00 if it is not taken care of in 30 days they would seek further action , needless to say I called them again to yet have them lie again on a date for pick up. Again nothing called them back and they said we have to get the order from the doctor ...uh you got that order Nov 17th. 2020 ! Today is Jan 17th 2021 and guess what it is still hete !!! I will not call them again I am sure somebody needs these tanks for their health but I am over it. It was used only 5 days and yet they sent like 6 tanks and tubes .. Seriously I am over the top mad and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone ! They did mention that they do bill you for 30 days and that was fine but let them try to bill me any more than . I have called the insurance company and Medicare to see how much this incompetent company billed them for so far.PLEASE USE ANY OTHER COMPANY THIS ONE IS THE BOTTOM

WOW! I cannot tell how grateful I am for them. My CPAP was not working properly and I was not getting any assistance from my doctor's office. I called Janet and she took the bull by the horns. When I arrived I was greeted by another Janet. She was able to get me in immediately and started working her magic. Janet tested my equipment and discovered that it was starting to fail. She took care of all the little details and did not let any of the big details stand in the way of her helping me! Made my day! Thank you again Janet and Janet for everything

Very inefficient. My husband waited two weeks for his CPAP supplies. Finally he called and was told they must ask the Medicare questions (which he had answered at the first call, as I witnessed it). Now it will take another week to get the supplies. We’ll see. We will be looking for a new supplier.
