Had a not so pleasant experience here with one of the tellers Nichol. She was extremely rude and raised her voice at me for no reason making me feel stupid and uncomfortable. Also the woman who worked at the drive up seemed to be clueless after explaining to her multiple times what I needed. Glad I closed my account with them. Sad to see the huntersville branch close as the people that worked there were SO much kinder. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that is actually accessible and the employees aren’t rude. On a positive note, the teller Sherry was very nice and helpful. Go to her for assistance and not Nichol if at all possible.

There is absolutely zero customer service after 5 p.m.. whether you're out of state or out of country there is no help for you in any way shape or form.

We went here for a “quick” business meeting lunch. Ordered spinach dip as an appetizer and then lunch meals. Waited for 45 mins to get any food, at which point we had to just get it to go.We watched other tables come in after us and get food within 10 min. Terrible customer service. Didn’t see our server the whole time. I had to go to the host (who was sitting there texting) to get any attention. No apologies from anyone. Terrible experience!

Over the last almost 5 years of being with this bank I have encounter many issues. If you live in the Statesville/Mooresville area this is probably a great bank, since all their branches and atms are there. Unfortunately with work, I had to move and there ate no blue harbor atms or banks around, it’s a 3 dollar fine each time to with draw money from any atm. Also, they are quick to decline mobile deposits for the smallest things. After many calls back and forth to try and get things figured, I was left with a basic “SOL”. Thankfully I’m opening an account with Wells Fargo who was my previous banker and they have WONDERFUL customer service and always go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied!

Terrible terrible bank terrible terrible customer service! I've had several banks in the past by far the worse bank I've ever had the pleasure of doing business wjth I can't wait until I close my account with these people! They are rude and never give you a direct answer

In a quickly growing town with Bank on every corner, 20 miles north of the banking capital of the US, I expected to be just another number. My dealings with Blue Harbor were the most professional, straight to the point, treated me as an adult, understood my time was valuable, business dealing I have had in a long time. I wasn't treated as a number, rather an adult who had worked hard for there money and my business was just as important to them as the guy with millions. I will use Blue Harbor for everything I can from here on out.

I am a local (Statesville) business owner and actually a current client of this bank. They are supposed to be a small, local bank supporting the local business and residents. However, my experience has been total opposite of it. Nobody answers their phones, they dont return your phone calls, They take 2 weeks to reply your emails. Always the same excuse. It is crazy hectic here...They are always sooo busy that they dont have time for you. Stay away. Go and find another bank to conduct your business.
