Quaint little store with a great selection of high quality walking/running shoes. Small staff that was very polite and attentive with great attitudes. Will definitely be back when I wear out this pair of Hoka’s.

My physical therapist recommended Charlotte Running Company because I wanted a pair of shoes with a wide toe box. The first time I visited the store, Cole assisted me with finding the right fit for my feet. He was very patient as he recommended the various brands they offered. Upon my second visit, I went through a few more fittings, and eventually purchased a pair of Brooks sneakers. The only downfall is that some of the colors are limited and ordering online can be an issue if you need the shoes immediately. However, if you stop by this location, ask for Cole!

Walked into Charlotte Running Company to buy a very specific shoe, but after sales associate Melissa provided me with several other options, I determined that the shoe I thought I wanted (they had it in stock), was not actually the shoe I “needed”. With the associates help, and tons of patience on their part, I was able to find the perfect running shoe for me. I just finished my first run in the new shoe, and it was spectacular. We have been struggling to find a comfortable shoe for our teenager. He has a few issue with the shape of his arch and she helped us tremendously today! We finally found a shoe thanks to her!!! I live in AZ but come to NC to visit family. WHENEVER I need to new shoes I ALWAYS purchase them from Charlotte Running Company. I met Jamie several years ago and he and his staff have never disappointed. They are knowledgeable and patient! The shoe selection is great, whether ur an arm chair or “serious” athlete. One of the things I love most is the relaxing atmosphere, the store has such a great vibe!

Finding shoes for me really seems hard. Courtney was absolutely wonderful to work with me trying to find the correct shoe. It's hard to find a size 15 for me. Had to end up ordering a pair. Hopefully she have time to go to the pool with her family. Thanks Courtney we will be back.

I buy all my shoes here. I'm a heavy runner but they help me find ones that fit perfect for my (ugly) running gait. They're super knowledgeable and the prices are good. Highly recommended.

Charlotte Running Company is great for customer service, but I rated them less than five stars because on their most recent email ad, they spelled "separate" incorrectly as "separate." Correct spelling is still important in this day and age, and easier than ever with modern technology!
