We shopped all brand names of boats however the level of professionalism with Tige sales team was/is by far the best. Casey and his team from beginning to end through the purchase, education and communication was thee best.

My experience with Charlotte Ski Boats was exceptional! Both the sales and service teams made sure everything was perfect. I am so pleased with my new boat and the competence of their service staff for routine maintenance.
I had my first service today and they were thorough in making sure everything was back in place upon returning my Tritoon.

I had a pre-purchase inspection and service done at CSB. Very friendly, great at promising service but only moderate at performance. They found holes in the muffler, which they repaired, but failed to think about why the holes had formed in the first place. I subsequently found more holes in the muffler because they fixed the symptoms but not the cause. The muffler was lying on the hull; simply putting some foam to absorb vibrations would have cured it. Failure on their part. Other work was satisfactory. I've tried calling the GM to discuss this but he won't return phone calls. If curing problems rather than simply covering up the symptoms is important to you, I would look elsewhere.

I have known the owners and many employees of Charlotte Ski Boats for several years. I bought 2 boats from them and they recently helped me sell my Formula. They are a first class company from top to bottom. The follow through is want is important to me and have never let me down. need help with your new boat while on the lake-they got you! Questions on the weekend-check. Calls on their days off-no problem. They get my endorsement! Special thanks to Tanner and Casey! Great young men!

We had some issues this summer with our older boat, called these guys up cause no one else around seemed to wanna help. Jared in service was absolutely amazing to work with. Got us in quickly, the mechanics did an amazing job, all issues are fixed and we couldn’t be happier. Will be scheduling all my regular service needs with Jared from now on!

My name is Burt Dunlap and walked into CSB of Lake Norman near our home for the first time and met the owner, Amanda Levandowski who introduced me to all her team members. I was very impressed with the relaxed , young but very professional group who had a beautiful workplace inside our old fire station. She introduced me to Anderson Bales and Anderson helped me look at a boat that was advertised online. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and the boat was just as it was advertised. As it was a pre owned boat, they detailed it filled it up with fuel and delivered it to us with a few presents. All the registration, tags and titling handled by CSB WHICH MADE IT SO EASILY. I FEEL I HAVE A NEW FAMILY THAT IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM US THAT I CAN RELY ON WITH AND SERVICING or MECHANICAL ISSUES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLOTTE SKI BOAT BECAUSE OF ALL THE FACTS ABOVE

Absolutely the best experience, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and personal with us, they’ve taken personal time on off days to help me with the process and come out to my home to guide me through everything with my second boat from this dealership, we would definitely recommend Charlotte ski boats. Our Salesperson, Casey Davis was awesome. This is our first boat and we had lots of questions. He worked with us to find the perfect boat. He was patient, consistent, not pushy, and very helpful in answering and addressing all our concerns. He met us on his day off and replied to messages after hours. He truly goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a boat to work with him. Also want to give a shout out to Tanner for making the finance experience very smooth. Had a great overall experience and the staff was very welcoming. We will be back if we ever trade or buy again.

Great experience here. I sold my boat on consignment and bought the new one here as well. Both processes were a breeze. Had my first on site maintenance last week and that was easy as well. Casey has been helpful and responsive throughout the process including well after the sale.

Service experience with CSB was great. Catherine the service advisor was responsive and reliably communicated with me keeping me informed. Oraine the technician was very professional, clean with his work, and friendly. The service at the dock was very convenient.

Every employee at Charlotte Ski was absolutely wonderful. We walked in close to closing time when we 1st stopped by while around Lake Norman and Casey didn’t seem bothered at all when we kept him past what we assumed was closing time. He was excellent and even endured my father in laws multiple questions about the boat when test driving. Great communication with any questions we had prior to purchasing the boat. Filled the gas tank and the cooler when we picked the boat up and made our daughters feel involved in conversations as well. Overall, the best purchasing experience we’ve ever had.
