I would highly recommend this company. Our countertop was installed today and it’s everything we hoped for! Lysa was my contact person throughout the process and I can’t praise her enough… she was exceptional! The people who measured and installed were also great! Our home was treated like their own, when they left you would never know they were there. It’s obvious this company focuses on customer service. As for the product… my quartz is gorgeous!! I had the opportunity to select my own, but opted not to because our second grandchild was born and I didn’t want to be bothered- I couldn’t have done better job. It’s always a wonderful thing when someone exceeds your expectations- thank you all!

I am giving 4 stars because of several mistakes. The company is super quick to get your countertops installed. They are courteous and professional. I had a few problems though. I had asked for square cut. The ends of my pass through counters were square but my sink cut was rounded and my two corners around corner cabinets were rounded. I also have a very bad seam. You can see the difference of the color of my countertop and the adhesive they used. My old countertop was taken out in one piece so I am not sure why I had to have two pieces.

We had a great experience but ended poorly.We originally started with a contractor on our first visit to Cutting Edge but fired him for several reasons. We stopped back in to confirm selections, where we let the sales team know we no longer were working with that contractor and they told us no problem we will just change over everything to your name and contact info. Even signed in at the check in desk listing NO CONTRACTOR. We made final selections and they showed us pricing. Sales team was great through that process. We had templates scheduled and that person was great to work with. The same day as we got templates I sent an email in listing our sinks, faucets, soap dispensers…etc. We were then given an install date of a few weeks later by Cutting Edge. We had to pay trades extra to work overtime to get plumbing and flooring done a few days early before that install date. I then get a text 3 days before install from the contractor I fired that Cutting Edge is calling him asking for sink sizes and confirming dates. I call cutting edge to find out our information was never transferred into the system nor did they take action on the email I sent with all the measurements of our selections.I eventually get in contact with a manager named Robert at Cutting Edge…and this is where things get bad. I explain the situation to Robert and he proceeds to tell me it’s not their fault. Also tells me they will miss our install date and that’s also not their fault and he could raise the price on us because we are not a contractor. Pricing that was given to use by his sales team. I explained the rush fees I paid to trades to complete work faster to be ready for the install and he said there is nothing he can do. I asked him to help us out and discount the job so we can recoup our loss and he said no because it’s not their fault. I explained we paid about $3k in fees but would appreciate any discount, and he refused. Our install date was pushed out 5 days which isn’t that big of a deal but we paid rush fees for no reason. I asked Robert that if he is ok with an un happy customer and he said “maybe we should just cancel the order if you’re going to leave a bad review”. So threaten us because they made a mistake???In the end Cutting Edge made a significant mistake and would not own up to it.Very poor customer service. Install went smooth with some small damage to walls but nothing too bad. Install team was very pleasant and even gave them all a little cash at the end for the great work.Nobody ever reached back out to confirm the install went well and Robert did nothing to try to make things right. Very sad how Robert represents this company.

The team at Cutting Edge Stoneworks is outstanding. From the sales team to the install team they have processes in place that makes working with them a breeze. No matter who you communicate with, you can be certain they are going to know everything about your project. We have been working with this team for over 10 years and can highly recommend them!

Our process was so smooth. Kendall helped us through the whole thing from start to finish. Our countertops look great. They were done installing by lunch and they have a great selection of countertops.

We contracted our kitchen remodel out to Lowe's who contracted each service to another company. Lowe's assigned Cutting Edge Stoneworks to install our countertops. First of all, they must be REALLY busy because their timelines were really far out, like 2 weeks to measure and 2 weeks to fabricate MINIMUM. I thought maybe it was a situation like everything else right now but we eventually went to another company who was able to do a quality job in a week's turnaround time. First of all, I got a call at 8:50 in the morning from CES saying that I had unfilled paperwork that needed to be filled out by myself and Lowe's within the next HOUR or we were getting pushed back another two weeks. They claimed to have emailed me multiple times (they had the incorrect email address) and attempted to call multiple times throughout the week. I had no missed calls from them. We worked with Lowe's and had the issue corrected within an hour but they still pushed the date back and were unwilling to bend on the issue, despite us getting Lowe's involved. The office staff was also super unfriendly and unhelpful towards the issue. We chose to drop them as a service provider and are still hoping to get our money back from Lowe's. We went with another company and had the countertops measured and installed before the date they were planning to push us back to. Gave them two stars instead of one because the measurement team were professional and respectful.

Was not able to post with no stars so they get one. My experience with installation was a nightmare. First attempt was scheduled and the day of I call around lunchtime to find out when to expect them and was told my countertops were not in - no phone call or nothing. Disassemble kitchen only to have to put it back together again. Second attempt, phone call the night before to confirm. Ask several questions one of them being all I was told I needed to do was disconnect water under sink, is that correct. "Yes that is correct", day of install I am told as they were on their way that we had to disconnect all plumbing, I was not able to do that so they cancelled install. Third attempt I finally have countertops. Never apologies, only spoken to like I was the one who did everything wrong. I will never do business or recommend them to anyone.

Cannot thank Cutting Edge enough. My wife has wanted new granite for as long as we've been married--one type in particular. We hit a couple of speed bumps initially, but Cutting Edge made it so easy, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect in the end. They clearly care about their customers and want you to have your dream kitchen.

The 3 workers who came to do touch-ups on rough areas after our kitchen counters were installed immediately made a point of informing us they "are just 3 guys so we may not clean up everything". They proceeded to leave a MESS which we had to clean up ourselves, and we had to fix 2 drawer handles they damaged while they had them removed for the touch-up work. We were never informed about making sure certain food/beverage items may stain/leave marks. After 3 phone calls/voicemails that my husband left for Alex, we give up hearing from them again to rectify remaining issues. TERRIBLE customer service. We will definitely not be using Cutting Edge for our bathroom model or any other future projects!Interesting that the only way to get Cutting Edge to communicate with us was when I sent this review!

Cutting Edge did a great job- price was good, the way they did everything from the quote, measurement, and installation, was better than I've experienced in the past.... Highly recommend!
