So done with all CVS Pharmacy’s in Mooresville. No longer able to get speak to someone in the pharmacy because you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. The lack of customer service just keeps getting worse

This pharmacy could care less about customer service-- they push you through like cattle and speak dismissively to you like robots. Zero care shown. Twice, notifications come to my phone saying a prescription is available to pick up, yet they restock it and leave you to wait again. On top of that, they don't seem to have much in stock. Our family of four's rate of prescription success is about 30%. Go elsewhere! Plenty of other pharmacies in Mooresville.

I’m done with this pharmacy. I’ve had numerous issues over the last couple years with pricing for prescriptions when having insurance. I picked up a prescription today that was $10 90 days ago and now they charged me $37.

Omg!!! They have the WORST pharmacy staff!!! They ALL need to be FIRED!!!! They are so RUDE and very unprofessional to there customers! I am so close to just giving up on that place! All of there employees needs more training to the public! To the men and to the women pharmacy staff!!! You need to find another job if you can’t deal with the public. This is the 5th time I have visited this place! Every time I go there it is always something with that place. CVS your pharmacist n staff needs to be RETRAINED period!!! I advice you if u can send your meds somewhere else please do so!!!!

Switch to this cvs due to moving from huntersville to mooresville about 2 years ago. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is very rude and disorganized, You get a different story with each person you talk to. The pharmacy does not keep refillable prescription in stock like they are suppose to!

I only go to CVS when I have absolutely no other choices. Closing during lunch -- when many of your customers have time to run their errands -- is not customer-centric. And, your competition doesn't do this. Talking about patients in front of other patients is a violation of HIPAA. And, your competition doesn't do this. I realize there are many staffing challenges. And, you competition handles these. CVS used to be my first choice. Now it is my last resort.

I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Cameron, who seemed to be a Manager at this location in downtown Mooresville, NC (on Main St.). I had placed a large holiday photo order that had several problems, and the patience and kindness that he extended to me while helping to fix it was so wonderful that I'll probably never forget him. While we worked together to fix the situation for over an hour, I noticed that he was also patient and kind with his coworkers. At a time when this world feels pretty overwhelming and crazy, and when people never know what others are going through, he was a light that truly made my Christmas. I hope he can somehow be recognized by CVS for his high character and intentional kindness.

Had to switch locations due to physical restrictions (needed drive up availability)...have always received excellent service, timeliness of prescriptions fill time, & inquired if I had any questions, delivered with kindness & a smile!

Do not trust this pharmacy. THEY STEAL YOUR MEDICATIONS. They’ve given me 4 months of my medication with 10-30 pills missing for the same medication. I’m reporting this store and the pharmacists. It is required that they tell you when your quantity is not correct. I was never notified. I will never be returning here.

Drove one-half an hour for a scheduled appointment for a Covid and Flu shot. Upon arrival I was told they were out. They did not care I had a scheduled appointment or that I spent an hour of time to get there. Horrendous customer service, CVS is the worst.

Wasted an entire afternoon of my life with this pharmacy. They filed my claim incorrectly, then told me the nebulizer I needed wasn't covered by my insurance and I would need to pay $80 out of pocket. When I called my insurance company, they 3 way called the pharmacist, after waiting 20 minutes a very unkind man came on the phone to tell me "he will not fill out the proper paperwork for me, I need to print out the correct form and come back and submit it". thanks for nothing bye
