This was my first and last visit to this "ghetto" pharmacy.Rob in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. He got an attitude because he wanted me to drive around and go to the end of the drive through because my prescription wasn't ready. I told him that I had just left the doctor and really didn't feel like sitting the line again. I had been sitting in the line for at least 40 minutes watching others wait for their prescriptions to be ready (it was taking so long that a couple of cars left). He then became vey belligerent with me and demanded that I move. The other lady in the car with me told him that he was being very rude and if he kept yelling at me that she would start recording him. He then said "you're banned"'and slammed the window.I parked and went inside and spoke to Chris the manager on duty who said "oh Rob is just stressed" to which I replied that I'm stressed too and sick on top of that. Chris basically tried to "sugar coat" Rob's behavior instead of addressing the situation with him.Mind you I had just left med express due to a stomach virus and just wanted to get my meds and go home. His lack of compassion along with the disrespect and unprofessionalism that he exhibited toward me was completely uncalled for.Chris got him to transfer my prescriptions to another CVS across town and I was able to pick them up there without any issues.I would not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy.

No one available up front to ask questions when products ring up wrong from the sticker tag on shelf

If you want the entire CVS to know what medications you’re picking up, this is the place to go. While I was waiting to get a flu shot I noticed how loudly one of the pharmacy techs was speaking to customers as they walked up to get their medications. Why would you loudly verbalize what medication(s) someone is there to pick up? Why talk to them about the efficacy of said medication interacting with other medications? Move them over to the consultation area and have someone quietly and privately speak to them, especially if it’s in regards to mood stabilizers and antipsychotics. There is no need to yell just because someone is elderly and possibly hard of hearing. I couldn’t help but think how humiliated they must have felt. Regardless of the public nature of the pharmacy, associates should take the customers privacy into consideration.

Out of stock vitamins. Individual’s sitting on the floor near the pharmacy.

Wow, I can't believe an entire pharmacy closes for a half hour with no service for customers to pick up their prescription.

After calling ahead to ensure this was the correct pharmacy for my daughter's prescription, I arrived at the store for the person at the pharmacy window told me they were closing despite this being a 24-hour CVS. She shut the window in my face at 6:17 pm and told me I could try the Walgreens down the street. I did, and Walgreens helped me with the utmost respect and patience.

If you need to go to CVS, avoid this one if you voted for Cooper! The manager on duty yesterday at 3:55pm had to assist me and another customer due to the self-checkouts malfunctioning, and went on a rant about it "not taking a rocket scientist; that's why I didn't vote for Cooper," among other ramblings. We customers were confused as to what that had to do with us making transactions(?). I went home and called the store shortly after, the same irate manager answered. He didn't introduce himself by name. He apologized after I asked him that question, then admitted "sometimes I get overwhelmed and say things I shouldn't."I took this half-attempted excuse and it kept nagging at me, so I called back to speak to his supervisor today, only to get 2 other managers, Anita, then Mitch. They wouldn't give me the irate manager's info to make a report with corporate, which is understandable. They also tried woman/mansplaining why they couldn't even go back to see who'd worked the day before. (Imagine a workplace with no record of who actually works and when?!)So, yeah. Here's my review.

I went there to get a prescription after leaving urgent care. The girl in the pharmacy with multi colored hair is extremely rude. I will go to any pharmacy in but here. If I could leave zero stars I would

Extraordinary example of an excellent example of a great employee today. The manager who helped me aid an elderly person without a connection to charge his phone. Blessings to this manager. The lost person made it to his destination thanks for your kindness.

TERRIBLE service. The pharmacists I talk to on the phone are always so rude and sound like they don’t care about a single thing. Really disappointed with this pharmacy because it used to be a lot better.

This place is a complete ripoff. Charging DOUBLE for every single item you can get everywhere else. This is ridiculous. All the stores are out of my lotion & it’s already pricey for cetaphil. CVS is charging $21.99 for body lotion LOL! Do not support greed & price gouging. I feel like I’m walking into Walmart every time I come here except it’s grossly overpriced. Will never shop here for anything. Also good luck getting prescriptions here. They apparently run out of everyday medications all the time. Not to mention when I got my current medical insurance through my work, these incompetent ppl literally charged me for medications and said I was out of network lol. They were using my WA state address, no DUH. You would think they would know these things. Or maybe um ASK? Don’t assume what’s on someone’s DL, that is their address. So after figuring everything out on my own & paying HUNDREDS of out of pocket, I went back the next day and said yeah you need to use my NC address. Then it immediately went through & got my refund. My prescriptions went from hundreds to $4. I wouldn’t trust these ppl to do anything. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, short staffed & always act like they can’t be bothered. If you hate your job so much don’t work here?! I can’t even believe this place is able to operate. Good luck ever trying to call into the pharmacy either. They never answer.Side note: the good reviews seem fake. Like an employee wrote them lol. The rest of the reviews are terrible & they’re not wrong.
