Super helpful, super nice, i came in after waiting 2 hour for them to open. They opened a little early, I was already not expecting to have to get a tire fixed and was most certainly not ready for social interaction, still in my damn pj's. But everyone was helpful, understanding, and walked me through what I had to get done and what they could do for me. Great visit.

This place is GREAT ! They fixed my car has it running exactly like it use to when I first got it ! Everybody was Nice, Lane was a great guy ! He talked with me over the phone a few times & was Great as far as communication goes ! Thank You all for fixing my car ‼️

Drive by Tuffy every day on way to work always making a mental note to remember them in case I needed tire care. Finally did and the experience was wonderful, from the ease of making an appt thru the lovely woman at the front desk, their text updates as tire was being repaired, and the friendly greeting to those sitting in the waiting room from one of the service techs. Highly recommend this business for their efficient, quick, small town feel, service.Service: Tires

Hi Robert,I’m reaching out to you because attempts to communicate with the owner of the Tuffy location at 108 Lost Tree Lane, Mooresville NC 28115 have gone nowhere.I have attached invoices from Tuffy and the diagnostic report from Lake Norman Dodge. You will see the original repair from march to replace a fuel pump. Repair was completed and within two weeks the truck would not start again, brought it back to Tuffy and they had it for a couple weeks trying to figure it out.They determined it was an electronic/computer issue. They installed new electronics/computer and had new keys made, I paid, walked out to the vehicle and it wouldn’t start.They held onto the vehicle a bit longer before giving up and advising me to take it to a dealership as they could not figure it out. The dealership diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump (the original diagnosis by Tuffy). They had the Huntersville Tuffy location conduct the warranty repair. Since a fully functioning fuel pump has been installed, the truck is running fine for about a month.Had a fully functioning fuel pump been installed from the start the $1500 electronic/computer work should never have been done. I have tried to discuss this with the owner of the Mooresville location and discuss a refund. Not as important but after the two month long back and forth, my passenger side seatbelt alarm won’t stop going off (I know I can disable this, but that is not the point as when I picked up the vehicle, they had the passenger seat belt buckled in, which means they were aware and did nothing) and my charging adapter was pulled from its socket with wires exposed when I picked up the vehicle and it no longer works.I apologize for such a lengthy email but hopefully you can see what I have been through and be of some assistance in the matter. Thank you in advance for anything you can do!My latest attempt to hold them accountable for their mistakes. The mechanics at Tuffy's service our fleet of vans. They go beyond the call of duty to keep our vans on the road. One of the vans broke down recently in the late afternoon and was desperately needed. The service manager and a top mechanic came to the van,got it going and stayed late into the evening to get the van running. The van was back on the road the next morning.

I came in for my car inspection appointment and I was in and out so quickly I would hardly consider it a wait. Huge thanks to Janelle at the front desk for being very insightful and friendly. I have been looking for a quality auto shop in the Huntersville / Mooresville area for awhile and found one in the Tuffy's Mooresville location. I was able to get in quickly, Lane provided excellent and consistent communication throughout the duration of my visits, and the issues were resolved professionally. I will be back!

This garage has been great to us over the years! We’ve always been treated well by those at the front desk as well as by those back in the shop. We've really appreciated the consistent work they have done for us on both of our vehicles. The shop manager, Lane, has been consistently honest and willing to fit us in as quickly as possible when we have had issues come up suddenly. PRE PURCHASE INSPECTIONIf you are contemplating an used car purchase, I encourage you to reach out to Tuffy Tires for a pre-purchase inspection. It's the best $60 I spent as part of this car buying experience! I purchased the car from a dealer. But prior to the purchase I called Tuffy's to inquire when I could get an inspection. The new owner told me this could be done the same day I located the car I was interested in. I may have to wait till a bay opened up but I did not need to book an appointment.I picked the care up from the dealer and took it to Tuffy's new location off Hwy 150 (previously Dewayne's Automotive). Within 90 minutes my car had been inspected and I have a full report with photos texted to my phone. I went back to the dealer and was able to get the drive belt and battery replaced. In addition, I had piece of mind when I turned the keys over to my 16 year old. We will definitely go back to Tuffy for service work!

Yesterday I called first thing in the morning to get an appointment for my that is leaking coolant. The receptionist asked if I wanted a appointment same day and I said yes. She also asked if I was going to be waiting and I said yes.My appointment was at 1:30PM and I arrived at 1 o’clock. I told them my friend was going to come get me an: I’d be back. Well 2:30PM rolled around, I called asking if there was a diagnostic. I was told the car was in the shop and they were looking at it and they would give a call back. 4:30PM, I call again and they said oh it just got in the shop and they were looking at it? Again I had planned on sitting there and waiting. I was told they would give me a call with in a hour to let me know the full details of the diagnostics. (I didn’t mention but my 11 month old was with me as well) 15minutes before closing at 5:45PM I yet call again bc they have failed to call me all afternoon, I was told they were working on my estimate and would call when done.They called me at 5:58PM with my estimate. I was told at the beginning I was going to be out same day… now my car has to stay over night? They did not inform they would be keeping my car at all. They listed a whole list of this things that were wrong with my vehicle when all I had asked for was to see the reason why it was leaking coolant. Today I grabbed my car and will not be back the wait was absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR IT!They seemed very clueless and just wanted to upsell on what potentially could be wrong.As I was picking up my vehicle up, I noticed my car was parked across street. It was UNLOCKED, so the question is did it sit over there over night unlocked?I put my trust in you and you guys definitely lost it. Do not recommend.

Buyer beware! While the new owner seems like a stand up guy, the Service Manager, Lane is still an employee and won't stand behind his work. We had an issue which we took back to him twice. Each time he failed to listen to our request and installed an inferior product. Now under new ownership, it a chalked up to a miscommunication error and I am asked to pay 3 times more for something that should have been corrected 6 months ago.Not sure about Tuffy but I know about the practices of the Service Manager. Good luck with your experience.
