Renee. The sales associate is horrible. She’s rude, does not acknowledge you, does not give you the total of your purchase, doesn’t say have a good day or it make eye contact. She is a horrible with a bad attitude. On top of the store being extremely extremely messy. I would not recommend this store at all. I will drive clear across Mooresville to another store to avoid going to this one again.

I love the dollar store. I bought their brand of space bag. They are like a medium of other brands. Today I bought 10 more bags. My husband collects T-shirts of bands, cars, and so many NASCAR shirts. They are clear so he can see them. Baby steps. I rather snatch that bandaid off.

It's a big dollar tree store, but they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very poor customer service. Wanted to get balloons for my daughter’s Birthday. I went to the front and asked if I could have some balloons. At first, nobody paid attention to me. One worker was too busy playing on her phone and someone, She quickly walked away and hid in a different section. The other rudely told me to pick ones that were already blew up. We did such, I asked for two balloons there were not blown up and she quickly and rudely said we dont have anymore. When paying dor the 3 that I got she rudely stated I NEED THE NUMBERS OFF THE BALLON. I quickly handed them over. Her customer service was terrible. I had to prompt her to correct the machine because it said Waiting on cashier… She replied on your end, not mine! She also appeared very unprofessional. She had crumbs all over her shirt, work polo was dirty. They acted like it was a bother for us to be there… A while, trying to get some last-minute balloons for my daughter, which was with me.

The Dollar Is The Only Place I Go To Purchase My Lashes, Lash Glue And Baskets That I Like To Carry Around Town When I Shop. I'm From Colorado Where We Had To Use Our Own Bags And This Particular Dollar Tree Carries The Baskets That I Like To Carry/Purchase. I Purchase Food Items(Snacks) As Well And Usually Have My Own Bags/Baskets Unless I'm Purchasing A New One. However, This Particular Store's Employees Watch Me And Try To Follow Me Around Like A Dog And It's Completely Annoying And Ridiculous.

The store was pretty clean but the cashier was extremely rude! She won’t speak or even tell you the total. When you speak to her she doesn’t even acknowledge you.Her customer service skills are extremely poor. She’s short with dirty blonde hair and plus sized.

Update your Google hours!!! Walked in thinking they close at 10 like the times stated and the employee says...we close at 9pm. Annoying if you're driving up thinking they close at 10.
