3:30-4pm on April 16. Whoever was in charge of drive thru was so loud on the speaker! Making unnecessary noises almost endlessly the whole time I sat in my car while my daughter was in Kumon. It was the worst 30 minutes! Very unprofessional. Unacceptable. The parents parked around me were furious as well.

Every time we order from this Dunkin whether directly through the Dunkin app, Door Dash or in person… it’s wrong. Today we ordered half a dozen of donuts and instead of placing them neatly in a box they toss them all in a bag. Last week we ordered and they gave us extra hasbrowns but did not give us the breakfast sandwhich we ordered. Ordered through Door Dash and we get the pastries but no drinks… This Dunkin is garbage and lost a rewards member because they never get it right.

So wtf. Apparently this place is no stranger to receiving bad reviews but my whole experience was just so odd. The second I walked in everyone was sitting around on there phones. Which I don't care about if you're not busy do what you want but I stood at the counter for like 5 minutes when people had clearly seen me and they still just kinda lazed around until eventually this dude came up to me while I was standing there awkwardly. He was tall, skinny, had long blonde hair and glasses. Gave off a total incel gamer unshowered vibe. And he was so rude or genuinely does not know how to communicate to human beings because he would just give me these gnarly facial expressions and act confused about what I was ordering. He genuinely acted like I was stupid for trying to order a seasonal drink and as if he knew nothing about a holiday special that was hanging above his head so I had to change my order. There was one point where someone dropped something out front and he started hysterically laughing for like 2 minutes straight while I was trying to order?? Nothing was even funny. And after like 5 more minutes he finally put it in my order and it came out decent in the end, which was the most shocking part of it all.

I don't think anyone was trained here they are all confused and no one seems to be in charge. I've been waiting on same dang bacon for 10 mins. The line was so long so I went inside an the lady at the window has been sitting there for 10 mins. They are only working on mobile orders. The store is clean but I don't understand why their playing dirty rap music here on blast with kids and grandmas trying to enjoy breakfast. It's annoying having to listen to someone's raunchy playlist while i'm waiting for my bacon. This experience was lowkey miserable but it's expected when your in moorseville...

I went through the drive through this morning and a gentleman by the name of RJ took my order. Easily the best customer service I have ever received at a Dunks. I have worked primarily customer service most of my life and I have lived in Boston for about 7 years and have gone into hundreds of different locations. Not only was his service better than any other Dunks I have been to, but it was better than most of the people I have worked with/for in the industry. His service is enough to make this my main location in town, even though it is out of my way.

They got my order right which made me happy. Most DD's cant comprehend "no cheese" . The lady at the window was especially nice too.
