This place is horrific. I have tried for hours to get in touch w them bc they never delivered my mother's birthday gift. I was calling since 10am. The online said it was out for delivery then...it's 430pm and my poor mom STILL hasn't gotten the gift.UPDATE:: James is absolutely amazing!! Hands down the nicest guy there. So attentive and just super accommodating. They need to hire more people so this type of stuff doesn't happen just fyi. That poor guy was making the stuff and delivering it. My mom did not get it on her birthday & I was refunded buy she got it Monday. You need to get him help and give that guy a raise bc if it wasn't for him I would never use you again. Thank u James for all ur hard work ❤️?

Well 1st of all ordered a valentine's basket for my wife on the February 2 so there wouldn't be a rush. My wife works to 5 pm not even 10 minutes from the store. She calls me after work and I asked if she gotten her valentine's gift. Her reply was no so she checks with her office and there has been no delivery. I try to call the store with no kind of response; was on hold for the longest. So since she is couple minutes away from the store I told her to stop by on the way home. So she stops by and they proceeds to tell her it's on the delivery truck. And the whole time the store phone was ringing and at that time, she was the only customer in the store. Its after 5 at this time and she's on the phone with me. So she's not get her valentine's present today so l told her to ask for a refund. The black lady up front goes to the back to get help with refund. The white lady in the back comes up front and she realizes my wife presents is still in the store. So there for if my wife had not of called me or waited to call she wouldn't have gotten a valentine's gift. Thanks for spoiling my wife's valentine's day.

Ordered something for Valentine’s Day. Took longer than I expected to arrive. When I called the store, the person who answered said it was crazy busy and they were doing the best that they could to get things out. I’m easy going, so I’ll give them a 4. V-Day is a busy holiday for gift shops.

Let me start by saying I loved Edible arrangements before this and have had great experiences with other locations in the past. With that said, this location is awful. I placed an order several days before Valentine's day to have fruit delivered to my fiance's job. No only did she never receive the order but I was lied to several times. I called the store at almost 11 am yesterday because for some reason the tracker was never updated. The person I spoke with said my delivery had just left and should be there shortly as my fiances job is only about 15 to 20 minutes from the store. I called back about 3 hours later because I still hadn't heard from my fiance and the tracker still showed no updates. The guy I spoke with this time told me that the drivers weren't apart of the company so there wouldn't be any updates to the tracker but he assured me it would be there by 4:30 (the end of my fiances shift). Flash forward to 4 pm and she still hasn't gotten the order. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no one ever answering. I called back this morning because we never received anything at all and they tell me that there was nothing that they could do because they were had too many orders since it was Valentine's day. The lady I spoke with this morning said the manager would call me back but he has yet to do so. She then gave me a fake number to call for corporate customer service (the number was not a working number). When I called her back because the phone number didn't work she gave me a different number. This number worked but the guy just transferred me back to the store when he heard my issue. The lady at the Mooresville location then gave me yet another number but this one just rings and rings. I'm highly disappointed in the terrible customer service from Edible Arrangements and shocked at the seeming disregard that they have fixing their own mistakes. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this business! I ordered a arrangement in January to be delivered for Valentine's day, not quite a mile away from this store. By 2pm on Valentine's Day, I finally got ahold if a real person on the phone saying they were sorry. In looking up my order, a gentleman (using this term loosely), got on the ohone and was very rude...even stating he'd give me a full refund. I said I just want it delivered, next I heard was a click. Several hours later, almost 6pm, it still had not been delivered. Again, after about 6 tries, someone answered and said uber drivers were on strike. I ended up calling my wife and telling her she woukd have to go by and pick her own gift up. I was refinded the delivery charge, but the rudeness if the wirkers to me as well as my wife when she went to pick it up is unacceptable. Also, the platter did not look like the picture on the website...old bait and switch. This may not be all EA, but this one is pure pitiful. Be glad ypu got a 1 star, it's the lowest you can go!

Can’t say what this place is like on a normal week but if you’re thinking of ordering for Valentine’s Day save your sanity and think of something else.I ordered an assortment box in JANUARY to be delivered to a friend at work today for Valentine’s. It wasn’t delivered by 2pm, I filled out a contact form online, never got a reply, 5pm still no delivery, still hasn’t left the “order received” area on the tracking page. I called the number provided on their google listing 4 times, put on hold and sent to voicemail. At 7pm I received a refund for the order with absolutely no explanation as to what happened. Happy to have a refund but annoyed my gift was never delivered. Think twice before ordering from here!!

I love Edible Arrangements but this store doesn't answer the phone, nor is it responsive to calls or emails. I will not use this store for future orders.Update for owner response below since I cannot reply: Please reference case #4423933. The email indicated it went to the store owner for review and I would hear back in 48 hours. I understand it is a very busy time especially for businesses such as this, which is why I left a voice mail with the details of my request and asked for a return call. After not hearing back from the store I submitted an email and received the case number referenced. I waited two weeks for some sort of response before I left this review.

I ordered a fruit and cookie platter for a sick friend in the hospital and was told it was delicious and was such a nice gift. Said it was so fresh. I just ordered 2 dozen cookies and will order more. Have no problems with this store. Very personable and there to please you.I am sorry but my cookies were nothing like my friend described. Sugar cookies tasted like someone forgot the sugar and cookies were a bit small. Box was a very nice box. Maybe just an off day.So I went and bought different cookies for the party I was taking them to. I could not share these.

Called ahead and was told that the arrangement would be ready anytime on the date requested and could come anytime...drove 30 minutes to get it ...I was early but was told it would be ready anytime that entire day and could come earlyHad not even started on it.

A well meaning friend ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother's house for her 90th birthday. The delivery driver claimed no one as at home so the delivery was rerouted to my place of employment Upon talking to my mother she and my niece were at home and di not hear a knock at the door.Yes they have cats but that has never been the issue since my mother and niece have deliveries brought to the door all the time. I was working and could not get away so one of my coworkers had to deliver the arrangement. Something was not right. Further more the rude reply I received shows what an obnoxious business they are ! To the owner my mother does not lie! That is not customer service . Customer Service is not being rude and argumentative. Customer service is "I'm so sorry what can we do" Update I called the corporate number and they were horrified and as we speak are looking into the matter. Thank you and Good Day!

Not worth the time and money. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I pre ordered a valentines edible arrangement 10 days prior to Valentine's Day. (Fully paid for) My order never came as scheduled. The next day I called, was on the phone for abt 15 mins (off and on hold) to get told They use a 3rd party for delivery (Doordash) and according the the employee my order was marked as delivered. Also according to him this is not the first time they've had problems with deliveries not getting sent. It appears door dash drivers are marking deliveries as sent but they are keeping the items for themselves. And according to him the policy is I could only get my money back or they would send me my order today (a day late). He wouldn't send it for free or offer a free order for the future. With door dashes policy, they will reimburse the company for their loss so I should've been compensated for mine accordingly. I now have to wait 5-10 business days to get my money back. And this company just made $100 off of me. Greedy. I'm not aware of the name of the employee I was talking to because When I asked for the employee name / ID number he refused to identify himself.

I called the number left by this company for an associate to answer and say we already gave you a refund what do you want? I promise you Edible Arrangements has truly lost my business and I will be sure to share my horrible experience with everyone!

I placed an order for Valentine's Day on February 1st to beat the last minute rush on the day of. So today on Valentine's Day at 5pm my order had not been delivered yet and I was concerned as my Valentine was leaving work where it was supposed to be delivered. I called this location to check on my order only to find out that it hadn't even been prepared yet. Talk about horrible service!!! My only option was to get it delivered tomorrow as I was at work and couldn't pick it up myself. So ultimately I just had to settle for a refund. Nonetheless I ended up without a gift for my Valentine.
