Originally I booked a reservation with Budget two minutes away from this Enterprise location and when I arrived to Budget they attempted to give me an OLD (like 7+ year old Honda) AND dirty car after they were overbooked and claimed they had nothing else for me and weren't willing to compensate me to makeup for where they dropped the ball. I had reserved the car two weeks ago so to say I was displeased would be an understatement. I went over to Enterprise and was helped within a matter of 5 minutes by Brandon and the manager Devon, and to say they delivered superior customer service would be an understatement. I'm so grateful they could not only accomodate me last minute but also BEAT the price Budget would of charged me for the same length of rental time! Thank you so much Devon and Brandon!!

I have rented from Enterprise many times and usually have a good experience with them. The service I received at the Mooresville location however, was simply put: AWESOME. They helped me get into a rental with barely any notice at all as my vehicle broke down right before exit 36 (their exit). I was in and out quickly so I was still able to make it to a scheduled appointment. When I had a follow up request, Devan, the branch manager, assisted me immediately with a great deal of kindness.I would absolutely use this branch again and would recommend it to others (ask for Devan!)!

I've been using this location for two years now as a loyal Enterprise Member. They are my favorite car rental company. Overall, this location is a good one. The people who work there are always friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, there are two areas for improvement: The cars are frequently overbooked, which is a problem for people on a timeline, especially traveling for business. The cars are not always cleaned (or cleaned well). When I picked up my last car for a two-week rental, it had napkins and french fries still in the center console and the rear seats had some residue on the armrest and headrest. I swung through a car wash and it was fixed for 15 minutes of my time and $20, but still an inconvenience.

I booked a plus sized car, and the manager that was there said he was holding it for another customer. He was very rude and unprofessional, I believe his name was Tim. I will NEVER be going here again, as they are rude and not customer service oriented. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I rented a car over the weekend and it was super easy, as usual. I wanted to review this staff, however. I was sitting for much longer than I meant to be waiting on my ride (yes, they offered to take me, but I was going about 40 minutes away and had someone picking me up who was already going that direction). While I was there, I observed what may be the healthiest staff culture I've ever seen. Not only were they laughing and joking around with one another, but when it came time to work making dozens of confirmation calls, they had this attitude of "ok, let's get this done, team!" If I needed a job, I'd prob be begging to work there. I'm sure they have bad days, too, but I left feeling so happy after what was such a stressful weekend. Thank you for the entertainment and smiles, guys!

My daughter just left there after having to wait several days for them to get vehicles returned to them. (not their fault) She arrived there today as planned for her reservation. I had to drive her. Upon arrival, after fighting Mooresville traffic, she was told she needed a copy of her insurance card. She had left that in the other car at home and was not told she needed to bring that. She's never had a rental before, so she didn't know she needed that. My question to them was why wasn't she given a list of what they would need to leave with a car, before we arrived. I told him I would have to fight Mooresville traffic back home to get her card for her and then come back. He rudely said as long as your back before 5. It was their fault she didn't have what they required in the first place and he wasn't willing to wait if I got caught in traffic. Thankfully, her step mother saved the day and was able to send the policy information over text right before I left. I leave my daughter there to finish up and make it almost home and they let her know her $50 deposit has to be paid with a bank card and they can't accept her Cash app card that she had on her. She then calls me and I have to go back there again with my debit card for her to borrow. I drop it off to her and Enterprise takes her outside to see her rental car. I see this as I'm pulling out at the stop light. I head back home and get about 5 minutes away and my daughter calls me back AGAIN because they are now saying the debit card had to be in her name. So I return to Enterprise to pick her up without her rental she so desperately needed. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED AS NEEDED TO GET THE RENTAL. They waited and let her know piece by piece once she was already there. Had we known what she needed, wewould of arrived with it. It was a huge waste of our time today that she had to miss work for. They were extremely unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend Mooresville Enterprise to anyone.

This Enterprise location is great and their customer service is very pleasant. They have a lot of nice and clean cars available. Bryan Appel is awesome; always willing to help the customers and satisfy their needs

Rented a car for business at the Little Rock airport on January 22. When I got to the counter, I had asked if there were any vehicles available with 4WD as the weather was cold and icy. The woman who checked me in was very rude. Rather than just saying 'no' she proceeded to give me the third degree about how many people would be in the car, the amount of luggage, etc. Frankly, none of your business. After an extended harrassing, there were no other vehicles "available". When finally getting to my reserved vehicle, we started this process all over again - number of people, luggage, numerous questions as to whether I would be the only driver. All unnecessary questions since the corporate terms address all of this already. I have rented from this location many times, with the prior one in November 2023, with no issues what so ever. Enterprise, work on that customer service people!

Enterprise picked me up, took me to the office, I stepped inside for about 3 minutes, then went outside, got into my SUV and off I went. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING with Enterprise. The paperwork was simple. It was digital. So, I signed outside. My dog was catered to, as well, which makes a huge difference to me. THANKS ENTERPRISE!!

Cornelius, NC Enterprise was terrible, lied about calling me and was rude. Ignored my needsMooresville, NC Enterprise on River Hwy, however was AMAZING. So kind. Listened to my needs. Very knowledgeable. Overall best experience ever with any rental company.

I liked the vehicle overall, and the team at this Enterprise were efficient and courteous. I picked this vehicle up in the afternoon for a road trip starting early the following morning. On the morning of the road trip I got to the entrance of my neighborhood and had to turn around because of a low tire pressure alert. I returned home and found that three of four tires were 6+ PSI below the manufacturer's recommendation. I aired up the tires and they remained fine throughout the duration of the rental. The tire pressure should have been confirmed by Enterprise before I picked up the vehicle. That said, the only tire that had the correct pressure was the one identified by the vehicle as having "low tire pressure".
