We recently spent the week in the Charlotte area and worked at at the F45 lake Norman and Cornelius studios! Fantastic workouts, excellent coaches and clean studios! The coaches were encouraging and helpful! We will definitely be back!

F45 workouts are great! They are perfect mix of full body cardio and strength. The coaches are devoted and take the time to make sure your form is correct and are invested in getting to know you personally. F45 Langtree is a fun and inviting atmosphere! The coaches and members make working out fun!

I have worked out at almost every gym in town and must say f45 Langtree is where I have found my place. I love how the classes are always changing and your never stuck just doing basic long cardio. Even the cardio days are more like high intensity full body workouts where the time flies by. The trainers are great about correcting form and providing alternatives if someone has something impeding them from doing a particular exercise.

I was looking for a gym that offered early morning classes with a good variety of workouts that wouldn't leave me feeling bored or in a rut so I decided to try F45. I got exactly what I was looking for. I've learned so much about strength training and good form from the coaches here. Plus, as a busy full time working outside the home mom, I love the 45 minute efficient but super effective workouts!

This is perfect for what I wanted! I love the variety of workouts, the people, and the trainers! Keeps me motivated and keeps me moving!A sign of a good trainer is in their ability to give good cues when you're doing a movement wrong, and Krystal has been great at correcting me when my form was off with great cues that made sense and quickly fixed my form!

I have been a member since October 2021 and I love it. F45 Langtree has a real sense of community within its members which makes showing up to the classes much more enjoyable. I look forward to showing up to the workout and each day being a different workout!
