Thank-you Freedom Mobility and more importantly thank you Nash Howell for going above and beyond in my time of need. Nash was so very helpful, anytime I had a question about the process or anything really I knew he was just a phone call away. I was never left in the dark about anything and was always kept in the loop about everything going on. The people at the office were also VERY helpful. I absolutely love my chair and highly recommend Freedom mobility to anyone who is in need of a wheelchair. Thank you and God bless everyone at Freedom mobility. Most importantly thank you Nash Howell for taking such good care of me in my time of need. You are definitely a good asset for this company. You do your job well.P.S it's so nice being able to get out more and enjoy life.

I’m an in home caregiver and my client was in need of a wheelchair so her Dr gave her a couple options of places to receive one and we decided on freedom mobility. Best decision ever!! A consultant named Nash Howell came out and assessed and did all the measurements and all the things needed and he was the nicest and most professional man. He called to check in after appts that we’re needed for the approval process, he kept us in the loop about everything happening. If we had any questions we could call him and he would get back to us very quickly and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Nash for everyone who is in need of a wheelchair. He’s seriously a great asset to this company! P.S the chair is amazing!! Does all kinds of things I didn’t even know wheelchairs could do! My client will definitely benefit from it!!

I just got a new power wheelchair and my representative Corbin was fantastic .He made sure to adjust my chair to make sure it was fitted properly for me. I got my chair very quickly. I highly recommend them

I like to thank Freedom Mobility INC.,for hiring Kirstie Lugo.Her bright, genuine and caring personality, made my experience working with freedom mobility such a relaxing joy.Kirstie took the time to go over procedures with me, to make sure I understood what would be required of me, her and my doctor. She also was very knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of Medicaid and Medicare and what they would require. Kirstie even took the time, to go with me to my doctor's office by appointment and sit down with us to discuss what Medicaid and Medicare would require. To make this endeavor of getting a power chair a success. Keep up the good work. Kirstie Lugo!!!!!!

They have terrible customer service, especially crystal. They don't care about disabled people. My mother has fibromyalgia and arthritis in her pelvis, she Needs The mobile chairs. It's always an issue to service the chair, and they take forever to do so. Truste, find another company to service you. Her Dr faxed over what she needs and they approved it. She called and they lied about eating the fax, then when the Dr said it sent, they said we can no longer service you and hung up on her. That's how they treat senior citizens smh

I just received my power chair from Freedom Mobility and I could not be more pleased. I finally have a chair that is equipped for my needs. Dee came to my home and together we figured out my wants and needs. He took detailed measurements and when my chair arrived there were very few adjustments that had to be made. He was a pleasure to work with and my chair was delivered in only 26 days! Chris delivered it and he was also a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to my husband and myself. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry at all. I have been in a wheelchair for 34 years and this is the best experience I have ever had while getting a new chair. Thank you Freedom Mobility for a great experience. Dee and Chris are both awesome spokes people for your company!

As the year comes to a close, I am ever so grateful for the wheel chair, my third and an upgrade, that I received from Freedom Mobility. The guys in my locality, in the service field were/are friendly and professional. Corbin, who started the paperwork, Karl who added me to his work schedule to reaccess my need after the untimely passing of Mike, who was a value to the group. Then there is Gary who has definitely found his nitch. He will look till he finds the problem. There have been issues but Gary took care of them correctly.

What a great experience. My old scooter store went out of business. I called Freedom, they all went above and beyound to help me. I had to call back after I got home, they trouble shot with me over the phone. Got me up and rolling to walk my puppy. I will be going back as needed and already referred a friend.

Highly recommend!!! What a fantastic staff…. My son Michael just received his Q6 Edge 3 Stretto I can’t say enough, it has made him so independent, he can reach things he couldn’t in his Manuel chair, doing dishes, reaching up to cabinets Etc. Michael had pressure sores from his other wheel chair, they are gone. The chair tilts in different positions to relieve pressure! I am one happy mamma. The staff gave so much helpful info, advice and made adjustments where needed! They are 1 phone call away to assist in a timely manner! Great job!!!!

Freedom Mobility has the worst service.. I went to Freedom Mobility looking for a new rigid wheelchair and they were quick to take down my billing information. I told the woman taking down my information that I wanted a rigid wheelchair. It took about a month for someone to contact me. We set up an appointment to meet with a physical therapist to evaluate my abilities and needs for a wheelchair. When the Rep from Freedom Mobility showed up, he had a folded demo wheelchair when I said I wanted a rigid wheelchair. I told him the wheelchair that I wanted and he told me no problem, he would talk to the wheelchair rep and get have for our next evaluation. About 2 weeks go by and he emails me that he talked to the wheelchair rep and he was looking around for the wheelchair. So it had been about a month that I haven't heard back from the Freedom Mobility rep so I told him I'm going to look for another wheelchair vendor. He didn't have anything to say, just thanks for letting me know, good luck. I know if this was my business and I was losing a customer I would do everything to make it right. I'll take my business elsewhere and I'll make sure everyone I play wheelchair sports with do not use this company.

Id like to say most of all my experience was a 10+ I had the best assistant named Corbin Murray that never let me down and I could reach him just about anytime! I got my chair in less than 6 weeks

I had a great experience with Jim and the technicians at Freedom Mobility Center. My dad needed a power wheel chair and they delivered his chair efficiently, as promised. The staff was informed, friendly, and especially patient with all my questions. I greatly appreciated the level of service that they offered, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had one request, keep me in the loop. They had many and requested many documents from Medicare and Medicaid that they had the ability to obtain, but required that I did. I succeeded, they failed. I got everything they asked for and more, then was told they would do nothing for another 7 weeks, which would result in my starting back over from 0. Stephanie was great, LeAnne was gone, Brian S left me hanging and Tina the manager lost the business from me completely. Deal with a company that thinks your time and effort are worth something, and are willing to do their job instead of farming it on the patient.
