I have been a member of Hand & Stone for almost 6 years now with 3+ of them at the Mooresville salon location. What a great staff!! The front desk associates are kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. They always welcome you with a bright smile. My massage therapist, Amy B, is just awesome! She is very interested in providing a massage that makes you both refreshed and relaxed. Always a great experience and I would highly recommend this salon.

I love the staff at the Mooresville Hand & Stone, and I’ve personally been going to see Liz for facials for about 6 months and she has transformed my face. She makes every visit a pleasure and she is very knowledgeable on skincare and products. Do yourself a favor and give your skin some love - book a facial with Liz. You won’t regret it.

Sierra does the BEST most amazing facials! My skin is glowing! The atmosphere and the staff at Hand and Stone is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable about their services and products. I wish I could add another star to my review.

Mooresville Hand and Stone has very friendly and helpful front desk staff! I always feel better after a massage with Brandi, and Liz helps keep my skin very healthy looking! They are both very knowledgeable in their trades! The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Thanks!

Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Blythe. Amazing! She’s been my go to girl monthly. Loves her job, professional and has excellent product knowledge. The whole spa is super clean and smells great. I leave there glowing.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for about a year. A couple months I bad experience with a massage. I usually do not complain in fact I still tipped masseuse because I am a generous person. At my last visit the front desk sales person Chris asked how everything I said amazing. I started to mention the experience I had two months ago and she said that I should have said something but in my mind I did not want to get someone in trouble so I moved on. Well the next day after my massage she talked with the owner and they called me offer a complimentary massage and gift bag. This is truly customer service thanks again to the owner and Chris. I will continue going to there because honestly in a year timing on had a one bad massage rest has been great. I have also recommended some guys at my gym talked about the importance of a good massage. Thanks Again Hand and Stone

Kristen (massage) and Sierra (facial) are wonderful therapists!! Be sure to request them! They were so professional and really love what they do! The Mooresville Hand & Stone location is a beautiful facility with lots of detail in design, cleanliness and creative spa aesthetics! I felt like they cared about my experience, and were not just seeing me as just another appointment on the books! I would recommend this location to everyone! Don’t forget to ask for Kristen and/or Sierra!

Unfortunately, the other bad reviews that you see are accurate. I have had the opportunity to come in several times over the last 6 months due to receiving multiple gift cards. Each time, the service was average. More than once, the service was more costly than what was online. I had one card left to use and I attempted to use it today. I received the email stating that there was an open appt today. After confirming that appt was open online, I started to call at 858am and every few minutes until 915 when I got in the car and drove there in the rain. I arrived at 922am and the reception let me in and says that they're not open yet. Google and even the front door days it opens at 9am. She replied, "yeah, it's a little misleading." No, it's just wrong information. Of course, by that time, the appt is already taken. She then says that I could have booked online. My gift card number is saved in their system and I don't have a physical card. Only way to book is by phone. She didn't really care. She says that if I didn't like the services, I could go somewhere else. Nice! I've already informed my family not to get me any more gift cards here, ever! Won't be back.On another note, the manager was walking around the lobby or in her office next to the desk the whole time. She could hear the whole convo, but never came over. So if you see the generic responses saying to call or email manager, it's doubtful anything will be done.

My dad got me a thoughtful Mother’s Day present, during that, particularly rough Mother’s Day. I made an appointment and was stuck on 77 unable to make it and called them immediately. I made a second appointment, which I was so looking forward to, however, woke up sick, trying to be a conscientious person, I called them and let them know I was sick and asked if they still wanted me to come, they obviously didn’t. I don’t recall making a third appointment and when I received a message I called them and stated I had not made that appointment because I did not know when I was going to be feeling better. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet, understanding and rescheduled it. They charged my dad $55 for the appointment missed appointment which I didn’t make.I called today upset about the fact that they charged my Dad $55 and told Marissa the manager if they were not going to credit my dad back the money then to go ahead and zero out my gift card; credit him back the remainder of my gift card, and I will never come to their facility. She had no problem, zeroing out my gift card and told me to have a pleasant day.As a manager myself, I am very grateful I did not have my facial at their facility. Your establishment is only as good as your management.. wow is all I can say

I had the pleasure of meeting Liz for the first time today, and I must say she was absolutely amazing! Not only was she able to educate me about my dry skin, but she also understood the unique needs of my melanin. It was a delight to talk with her, and I am definitely planning to return to her for future services.

My wife booked a couples massage with them for the both of us. Please note that when you look at their prices online, that is their MEMBERSHIP prices and not their actually prices. So going in I was thinking we are going to pay $70 for a couples massage as it was listed on their website. Well it is actually $120 per person. So really expect to pay more than 3x the price. The worst part is that I told my therapist my problem areas where I am tight and sore and needs attention. Well she avoided that area like the plague, after I clearly told her and wrote it down. First and last time going there.
