Very nice organized & clean place helpful staff, nice atmosphere, although I couldn't find what I was looking for they still have alot of products here. If I had known the measurements of the cushions I want to replace I would have gotten them here. I like the way the cushions feel here better than a hobby lobby. I will be returning to a Joann fabric store when I get my measurements.

Pretty good prices. Only 2 employees in the whole place that I saw. Couldn't use any coupons and that was aggravating because they said what I got was already on sale. Better off to get it online because coupons can be used that way.

Great for fabric and sewing needs. Not a lot for paper crafting compared to other stores I frequent, though. However, I always find things I like and buy more than I had planned to, haha. I enjoy shopping their sales and getting the coupons. I wish the exclusions on the coupons didn't include Cricut.

I arrived at 5:30 and the employees locked the door. I could clear see that their hours were until 7:00pm. I knock and the lady came the the door a was refusing to unlock it. I told her I drove 30 minutes to get there and just needed a cork board. Reluctantly she let me in but then locked the door behind me. Once inside I noticed 3 or more employees and several customers. I think the staff there needs more supervisors because no one was working And a saw them turn away several other customers. Shame on them for poorly representing JoANN?

Unfortunately they suffer from lack of staff. The line to get fabric cut was 10 people long and they only had one person. Staff was friendly and helpful but it was a long wait.

It's okay. Go here mostly for cricut stuff. Kind of pricey unless they have a sale or coupon.

April, the manager in the Mooresville store exemplifies customer service!!! While shopping, I listened to her speaking with multiple customers, and each time, she offered them sincere respect and her values of Joann Fabrics was displayed in her communication with each customer. I also listened to how she treated her co-workers - she leads by example, is a hard worker, and her respect to her employees and customers makes her a true example of how customer service should be. It is clear why she is a leader/manager - she should train the employees in other stores - AMAZING!!!!!

Mooresville NC worst run retail store. After years of buying sewing & craft supplies at retail dealers, this store has employees who cannot fulfill a simple computer order, and then blame other employees, the computer, and the manager.I had not been notified after 5 hours of a pick up order; I called, was told computers were out off & on all day. Employee called back in 5 min, saying order was ready. Then an email confirmed. Husband went to store, she said no such order. Husband waited 45 min to find that out. He agreed to come back after picking up a dinner order. He did. And waited another 45 min while she still couldn't locate it. Manager happened to appear, and it was where it was supposed to be at front. AND when we got home, the order was WRONG.

Thank God for this place, where can you get what you need, for sewing? Hope one day we can get a fabric store in CABARRUS County. Wonderful employees work here, very helpful, and polite.

Will never order a delivery online ever. The worst experience. A whole week an still no package nor delivery date. What is going on?? I emailed support and they could tell me nothing different besides it's enroute. I didn't just order just to have but bc I needed it.
