I was nervous going in for a blood draw after reading some other reviews, but I didn’t need to be. I made my appointment online and checked in (while sitting in my car) using the texted link. The reception was efficient and nice. Natasha did the blood draw and she was confident, fast and almost painless. Everyone I encountered there was great. I regret being so nervous. I won’t be next time!

I have never had a great experience at Labcorp always long waits even with appointments and not the most accurate information provided online or through email instructions, not an easy check-in process, the waiting room was full and dirty, not the best drug screening hours, nor not the most accommodating and always different employees that always act miserable and never friendly, but this time it was different.Eric, the supervisor, filling in at the front desk and helping out with the testing was the kindest and sweetest man I have ever encountered at Labcorp. As someone who suffers from agoraphobia, it is hard to leave the house with my severe anxiety, but Eric was very accommodating and patient with me. He made the experience really great! He was very personable putting me at ease through the whole process. We need more people like Eric working at Labcorp. He does not realize the impact he made to me that day and I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me!

After reading the reviews on this location of LabCorp, I’m not gonna lie, I was very hesitant in going to this location. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the staff. They were welcoming and so kind. From the receptionist to the lab workers! Thank you so much for taking such great care.

Had appointment for employer drug test at 12:30, was there before appointment time. They told me they don’t start drug testing till 1:30, had to wait an hour for 1:30 then it still took another hour for them to collect sample. What’s the point of making an appointment???

I went in for a routine pre employment drug screening and was turned away. I was there at 11:20 am and was told that they only do drug screening from 8-11 and 1:30-3:00. The website shows they are open from 7:30-4:30 with no indication that drug testing is only done during select hours. Please update your website to accurately reflect the hours that your employees work.

My husband went in for blood work for insurance purposes. They were the rudest staff we've ever encountered. They all either need a change of attitude or need to be replaced by nicer more civil people who actually listen to you and respect you as clients. Avoid this place and just go to your regular physician. I wish I could rate this place zero stars.

Horrible customer service and absolutely a place to AVOID. Staff at front desk are rude and just nasty. The sign says if you’re sitting here longer than 30 minutes and they don’t call your name to come back up and check on progress. I waited nearly 1 1/2 hrs and never got a single update aside from we are short handed you’re going to have to wait or come back. Paying for service like this is just down right theft. Why should we have to deal with this?

Best bloodwork experience I’ve ever had. I have teeny veins and always have a bad time and get so nervous. Eric was amazing! He made me feel super comfortable, got me on the first try with zero pain, and was all done so quick. The wait was super short too. In and out in like 15-20 minutes.

Firstly, the staff here is awful. It is clear that they all hate their jobs and hate all the patients that walk through their doors. The front desk lady even made a snide comment about how there were already thousands of us in the lobby and how it was going to be an annoying day, there was 10 people... and she was NOT kind to any of us as we checked in. No one here was polite or friendly the entire process.Secondly, they lost my blood or never processed it or labeled it wrong or something because I never got results for a STAT test my doctor ordered. I tried calling customer service but never get through to anyone to ask about it.Let's see if they still bill me, because I wouldn't be surprised.UPDATE: They STILL billed me for it! Outrageous! When I called customer service even they were shocked that there was no lab results for the bill they billed me!All in all, AVOID this place. If you need labs done, go across the street to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, they were so kind and understanding and friendly!

Internet was down when I arrived, but the staff were prompt in bringing me back for a blood test. The lady who drew my blood was personable and efficient, I was in and out of this location in about 10 minutes.

The receptionist/lab tech Brittany was great! The urinalysis lab tech was decent, but she was quite brusque. That being said, she did try to make me comfortable enough to urinate by turning the AC down and doing her best to help calm my first-time nerves, but I forgot her name. Overall, it wasn't the worst but wasn't the best. Had to go here for a teaching pre-employment screening. HAVE AN APPOINTMENT before going in!

Probably the rudest person I’ve spoken to since moving to NC. She was so not interested in helping me - at all. I was there for a drug screen for my new teaching job. They’re open until 4:30 but apparently don’t do drug screens passed 3:00. I walked in at 3:01. She just said “we stop doing screens at 3:00.” Certainly, she could have helped me out. It’s not like it’s really time consuming. She made zero eye contact and had nothing else to say. I wish I caught her name. But I just left 3:01pm 8/31/2023. Horrible experience.

I visited for a blood work for my 9 months baby and the person in the reception is very rude from the beginning and when we went into the blood draw room the Nurse was friendly and our baby was crying uncontrollably and the nurse called the person in the reception for help and she made a very rude comment telling that I can’t hold my baby properly and I don’t know how to handle my baby.I was holding my baby as strong as possible but she was kept resisting, I felt very bad for the comment other nurse who is also at reception.I would like to give ZERO rating but there is no option on google. I feel very bad for taking my daughter to this location. I didn’t get the nurse name who is rude to me, my wife and my daughter. I logged a complaint with labcorp.

Go somewhere else. Had appointment setup and took over an 1.5hrs to do a basic drug screen.Checkin system fails to work and staff reception is snooty and unresponsive.Had people that were walk-in’s go in and out that got in after I arrived. After the first hr of waiting I was told sir just wait we have a screening happening now. When no one was back there…No accountability slow operations and still waiting….got here at 115pm it’s now 3pm good thing I took the day off to get all of my onboarding paperwork completed today.
