Stopped by today for the first time, shopping for patio chairs. Brad, the owner, was very helpful, showing us all of our options so we could narrow down what type we wanted. Our selections were in stock, which was great. Brad helped us load up, and welcomed us back anytime for a cold beer, on the house! So glad we chose to buy from LKN patio and game rooms. Highly recommend!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Do NOT use this company if you are looking for your outdoor furniture to arrive in a year time frame. Customer service is horrible . Ordered a chair we loved , 6 months later they sent the wrong chair! Another 6 months go by and we received no chair at all! Ended up having to cancel the entire order. We were always calling them , they were never calling us.

We are so happy and grateful for the generosity of Brad and the crew at LKN Patio and Game rooms. Brad visited us at Accordius Health at Mooresville and saw that our patio set saw much love and replaced it with a beautiful new set!!! Thank you sooo much Brad.. we so appreciate you!!!

We will never use this company again. My grandfather paid a lot of money for a patio set. First, we got material that was in stock and they never called saying it was out of stock. We called weeks later and all of a sudden it was out of stock and he had to go pick a new material (they never informed us till we called). Then they’ve done nothing but push the date back and it’s been almost three months and have still not gotten the patio furniture. Customer service is terrible, they do not take care of the customer, do not use this company. They charge an outrages price and then have terrible customer service to back it.
