If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the worst run company I have ever had the experience to deal with. Shadi, slimy, and the staff are witches with a capital B. For a property manager, they can't seem to take care of leaky sink, that everyday is causing greater damage. Enept.

After my tenet moved out I found my property in disrepair. Plumbing required, extensive yard work, the tenet cut down a tree for firewood, they had the gas lines removed, the house was filthy and LKN gave the tenets their deposit back less $100. I would not use their service if you value your property.

I signed a rental agreement with this company for what should have been a great family Thanksgiving given all of us live in different states.Just weeks before our stay, I was informed that they no longer had the property available, and I was out of luck. Now we are stuck with plans to meet our family out of state and no where to stay given the proximity to Thanksgiving.Totally unprofessional, and absolutely ridiculous. For a "solution" was provided options that were not large enough to sleep our families, or much more expensive and out of our budget ranges. All we get is a "well we are sorry"Avoid these people at all costs

I am reposting my review that i made earlier for different reason. All i have to say is please don’t use this company to rent your property. I had a horrible experience and my house was destroyed by the tenants that was placed in my home. If i could give them no stars i would!!!

Not sure I could write a more accurate review than Mr. Frank. Do not use them or attempt to rent thru this agency. Wondering how much they make taking $48 application fees?? As Mr. Frank stated, if I could give zero stars...I would.

I am updated my post based on legal advice to only share my experience with Lake Norman Realty Property Management. I rented a house that this company managed and had a horrific experience. During my lease I had repairs needed that were not responded to quickly and when I moved out, even after hiring a cleaning company to make sure the house was clean, I only receive a small portion of my deposit back. I will never do business with them again.

I have rented a house through them for 18 months now and any time I contact them, whether by phone, email, or in person, I receive terrible customer service. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and never answers my questions.

Beware of unethical business practices. Ann Scott allows very deceptive sales tactics. If you are selling your home, be very careful if she is the agent representing a buyer.

If I would give zero stars if I could for the davidson, NC office. Real Estate agent Summer Robinson Tabor. We put an offer on a house Summer, the realtor, owned. She verbally accepted our offer, through our buying agent, after a counter offer. We signed our paperwork she said that her "builder" would not accept a contingent offer so we said, "no problem our lender does not need the purchase to be contingent". Our realtor resent the "non contingent" contract immediately then Summer changes her story and tells us she had several offers, how her husband is a professional poker player and they sold the house from under us. Not cool.

Don't waste your time with this rental company. Applied for a rental home, get told nothing, called several times and left messages with no call backs. If you aren't worth their time, they move on to other people. No reason, no explanation, nothing.

DO NOT fall for there unethical ways of doing business you will end up losing money and they do not care. They have you fill out an application in my case 150 dollars then tell you sorry property rented but feel free to look at others. Horrible place to do business with. Broker is simple a horrible person only in it to line his pockets any way he can.
