I can not say this enough. Do not buy an appliance here. The delivery delivered a broken refrigerator. When I informed Lowe's they sent separate delivery staff that made my wife very uncomfortable by there comments. They dropped the fridge in the street. I was home for that. Once installed they didn't attach the water hose. My hard wood floors were destroyed. We contacted the store,corporate. Once they finally wrote back, they told us they hire outside installers, so it was no longer their concern..We have to hire attorneys. When I mentioned this on social media, I was flooded with comments of people that had the same situation.

We bought carpet at Lowes in Mooresville, IN., but after it was installed, we see the installers had seemed it in a high traffic area, the carpet is coming up between the kitchen and dining room and the tack strip at the entry door is not cut right. This is very shabby work. We have talked to them numerous times, but they are not wanting to fix their mistakes.

Bought an item at Black Friday sale price. Was going to buy in-store but was out of stock. Said could order on-line and pick up on 11/30/23. Ordered on 11/27/23 and was confirmed with estimated pick-up on 11/30. Got email on 11/30/23 saying order was cancelled. No option to wait for item. Customer service said if it is out of stock they will not fill the order (or wait for it to come back into stock). If I would have known this, I would have driven to another store to get the item where it was in stock. Lesson here is sale prices are ONLY GOOD IF YOU BUY AN ITEM IN STOCK. ORDERING ONLINE FOR PICKUP IS A SCAM WHERE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE ITEM AT THE SALE PRICE! I will be cutting up my Lowe's card and shopping anywhere else but here from now on.

I'd a leave a zero star rating if possible. We had a washing machine installed by them and their contractors ended up installing it improperly and flooding our house. Now neither party wants to take responsibility. Do not go through lowes or their contracting parties- you will regret it.

LOWE'S TOOK OUR MONEY, NEVER DID THE WORK, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF LOWES ALSO RIPPED YOU OFF, GO STRAIGHT TO A LAWYER, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU AND CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. GO TO "LOWES SUCKS" ON FACEBOOK AND 15,000 OTHERS LIKE US WHO WERE RIPPED OFF BY LOWES BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Took 15min to checkout and there was nobody but myself standing in line. That wasn't a huge deal. After I checked out I noticed they scanned the wrong barcode for the plywood I was buying and ended up overcharging me. I didn't want to waste more of my time standing in line for a refund

I come to Lowe's about once a week maybe more I spend a lot of money at Lowe's. I do the same checkout process every single time. I was in the military and of course I need assistance to ask for their military discount. Me, knowing this, I ask the checkout personnel to come help me before I enter anything in before they get busy with something else, usually it's a smooth process. And everybody's nice about it. Well for some reason today the lady at the self check out wasn't so pleasant. When I asked for help, she just stood there, so I asked again for help twice then she finally came up to me and she didn't believe me when I said I was military even after showing her my ID and rudely just walked away after entering it in. I brushed it off, but unfortunately, a couple in front of me had asked her to put in the military discount as well. She walks up to them and says hi how's your day going being very friendly to them. Doesn't ask for ID and says, thank you for your service to them, and says have a great day and she walked away. Now this wouldn't have bothered me because I come here all the time people have their days, but I am Mexican and that couple was clearly very white and I definitely feel it has to do with my skin color. Her (checkout lady) being white was not giving me the same energy as the white couple in front of me. She was just not friendly. I apologize for making it seem this way, but I felt as if it was a racist event. I don't even want to come back knowing I have to see her there. I ordered blinds for my new home and worked with Sherry in the Mooresville NC store. Service was excellent. Blinds came in quickly and were installed professionally. I would definitely recommend Lowe's for window treatments.

Ordered from Lowes online. Package received, item broken. Contacted customer service, they refused to send a return label. They insist that you take the broken item to a store, not caring that the closest store is an hour away. Not offering to reimburse for the costs of driving two hours. Refused to refund without item returned. Online chat customer service absolutely no help. Asked to speak with supervisor, left on hold for 15 mins, only to be told that some supervisor confirmed what I was already told. Asked to speak with them, conveniently they were no longer available. Called store in Tappahannock, Virginia, the closest store. Got hung up on 3 times.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer on Friday. Paid half cash and half credit card, which I found out they shouldn't have rang the payment for my credit card. We were told Sunday would be the delivery 9-13. We confirmed the delivery the night before . No one bothered to show up or let us know. My husband took the day off from work which was double time. Wr went into the store. Waited 40 minutes for Mgr to reach someone in their warehouse. He never did reach anyone. Told us he would call us. Iw we are told ne t delivery would be Tuesday. 8-9:30. No one showed. I missed my doctors appointment that day. I called the corporate office, and they were literally no help. I called the store directly, and spoke to the store Mgr. This guy couldn't care less. He said there really wasn't anything he could do for is. Relally?? I told him we were probably going to cancel the order. Never responded. No, Im sorry or let's figure this out. Called back to the store and spoke to James, assistant Mgr. He scheduled the 3rd attempt for Wednesday. Finally, they came. I'll never order anything from Lowes again. Not a way to run a large company.

Normally they have everything I need. This time I went to this Lowe's and the one in Huntersville. There was a broken tile for landscaping at the Huntersville and I asked for it and how much they were going to charge me and they said zero. Otherwise it get thrown away. I happen to go to the Mooresville Lowe's and found two more and they charged me full price for 2. I think I'll shop at Huntersville

nanuet Lowe, don't even deserve a star they are the worst. order seven doors which takes months to come in. came in damage , sent back waited months again, now again out of seven four damage. Lowes need to improve their service it really stinks.

Lowe's has the absolute WORST customer service EVER... Purchased a washer and dryer was set to be delivered on Sunday Father's Day. We sit home all day durning the time it was supposed to be delivered. NO DELIVERY!!! Called and was told the workers were suppose to be there at 7 and did not arrive until 11, They would deliver but were running 4 hrs late. 7 pm (literally stayed home all day waiting) still not delivered. Called and was told they would deliver next day between 8-11. Guess what NO delivery!!! After 3 1/2 hours on the phone. ( Note no managers will answers the phones) finally got in touch with wear house and it needed to be rescheduled. Not a single call or anything to ask us to reschedule. I took off work to be here waiting for something that was not even scheduled. Having to take off work another day. I ask for 20% off my order and was told they could not do that!!! I basically lost $3000 dollars in the 2 days and they could not give me $320 dollars off. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!

I ordered a bathroom vanity back in January, the trucking company lost it. It was days before anyone could tell me where it was, cuz no one knew. So in meantime while waiting for paperwork I ordered another one cuz Lowe's said it would be 4 days before they could reorder, I wasn't waiting, guess what Lowes can't tell me where vanity is again, I'm getting the round around again, it was to be delivered 2/14! I have called several times. This is unacceptable! I will not be shopping Lowe's ever again and not recommending people to shop there! poor customer service they just don't care

If you need a fence installed, DON'T go to Lowes!! We had them come out the last week of March 2021 & they gave us an estimate of $3995. We were ready to have it installed the 1st week of July but they wouldn't honor their own estimate & remeasured. The new estimate was $5600! I was shocked that they would charge $1500 more 3 months later but we gave them the full $5600 on July 7th. We were told 8-12 weeks because of fencing shortages. We'll it's the 2nd week of December, more than 6 months & still no fence. Lowes hasn't one time called to keep us informed & when we call the installation department, we are treated like an annoyance & he given no information but they took our money!! After calling them on December 9th, we were told the end of December but no date as to the delivery of the materials or an installation date. The end of December is Christmas, so we're being taken for a ride because it'll be 7 months in January!! I have been in Lowes many times throughout the years & I used to prefer it over Home Depot, but after this experience with Lowes in Moorseville NC, I will never purchase anything from them again!! People, DO NOT have any installations from Lowe's because they don't care about their customers!! 6 months & $5600 was paid & still not one person reached out to us about the fence that was paid in full upfront! I hope this review helps people to not get screwed like we did. You would think a big company would keep the customer informed but it's literally been the worst !! I am very disappointed to have Lowe's behave in such an incompetent way! Michelle in the garden center, who does the fence estimates, has been so rude to us that she told us to call the fence manufacturer ourselves
