Party city is a good place for that last minute item your missing. They have lots of goodies and treats. This year the store was actually organized and clean.

Alecia and Steven were very nice and very helpful. Service like this keeps customers returning!

I was very disappointed! The store was stocked with bare bones essentials for parties but very little unusual items like Party City used to have.

Staff of kids could care less about helping anyone, and act completely annoyed with questions. Good help is hard to find, we get it, but someone is hiring people who are not focused on customer service. No reason for an attitude when you are a retailer.

Waited in line 15 minutes with 3 people working and only 2 other people actually in line or shopping. When I finally went to check out, the paper plates I had grabbed rang up $10.00 for 20 plates which was more than the tag of $3.50 (clearly not in the right spot but the cashier also made a comment that Party City is super expensive) but since I was in a rush and had waited so long, purchased them anyway so I could leave. Did not end up using them as we were able to use something else we had so will be returning if I feel like going all the way back to the store to wait in line forever to get back 30 bucks.

The staff is friendly but this store is and has been absolutely filthy!! For months, no one has mopped or cleaned the floors. Trash is left all around. I thought it was going out of business about 6 months ago because of how dirty is was but just going in this week, it’s exactly the same. You should close for a day, clean and scrub and reopen when you have things in order. There’s no pride visible in the condition of the store.

What a sad Party City. Messy, sparse product, bad lighting. The whole place was just depressing. When I was younger, going to a Party City was amazing. Now, when you go into stores like this one, you don't even know why they bother to have stores open anymore. Just move online and let's be done with it.

Bought $100 in balloons for my wedding reception and was told that they would blow them up for free since I purchased in store. Turn out this is not true at least according to the staff that was unhelpful and not kind. They tried to charge me $1.50 per balloon to blow up. We ended up buying a helium tank and doing it ourselves. Completely unacceptable to try and charge that much per ballon to be blown up after we were told it would be free

Why does it always seem like they're switching seasons every time you go in here so the merchandise isn't on shelves? If you ask they just say it should be over there somewhere, but isn't.

Unfortunately Party City did not have all the Spiderman birthday items that I was told they would have. Very unhappy.

Nothing stocked. What was advertised online was not stocked in store. No helium for balloons.
