They closed down my accounts without telling me and stole all of the money out and said it was for fees. My accounts never had fees. They introduced a new online banking system, but gave me no way of having access to my account. My local bank has no ATM. I had problems accessing my funds when it was Bank of NC as well. I had to constantly call and get a new password setup, even though I was using the right user name and password. Pinnacle stolecmy money and the tellers just sat there and did nothing. I can see why there are no customers there anymore.
