Having visited this location twice, I can't say I was impressed. Both times, the environment felt stale and unfriendly. The staff member who assisted me didn't greet me and appeared annoyed by my presence. After experiencing two similar visits, I've decided I won't be returning.

I love our local PostNet in Mooresville! I have been using them for YEARS! The quality of their printing is exceptional and their customer service is amazing -- plus they are always SMILING. If you need printing done or help with graphic -- I highly recommend PostNet! Convenient location and nowhere near HWY 150!!! That's an added bonus!

POSTNET made a poster for the NC Space Grant Symposium, a NASA funded conference, and it far exceeds our expectations!!! My daughter was very happy with the result, and she is more than prepared to present at the symposium.
They had it ready in less than a day. Pick up was easy, their Staff was wonderful, and the final product is Exceptional!!! I highly recommend POSTNET

Excellent customer service. 10/10! They went out of their way to try to accommodate my needs. It didn't work due to my flight arrangements, but I was impressed by how responsive they were.

Brandy just caught something for me that I had almost missed. I have been dealing with Postnet since 2019 and I have not had one bad experience. I have used them for shipping, receiving, printing and a mailbox. The customer care is exceptional and you can tell they care about their clients. I have also found their Printing costs be very competitive. I just heard they added design services as well. They also like dogs and that is a plus too and when my dog passed they were compassionate. They truly are like part of my business and family.

The ladies working here are super friendly they jumped on my urgent request immediately took care of it and made sure the price was right. Will definitely be back here if the need arises. Not to mention I was able to ship my USPS package at the same time save me an extra trip to the post office.

Every time I visit this location it's always super easy, the customer service is by far the best. Everyone working there has an amazing attitude. The gentleman that I see there all of the time has a great since of humor and makes me laugh. The ladies always go out of their way to help me with all my packages. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone who needs help with their postal needs.
