I was initially very disappointed in what was a steep increase in our monthly rent for our storage unit. I reached out and spoke with Samantha and she was able to decrease the payment significantly! She took what would have been a ⭐️ rating to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just like that!
