I felt the lady who was supposed to be helping me was very rude and I felt very dismissed. Visiting from another state, I ran out of blood pressure medicine and I was told I'll need a doctor in this state to get my refill filled. So it has to be overnight from where I live. I'll have to go a day or two without my blood pressure meds.

Their staff is friendly in-person. However, I have never been able to get the pharmacy on the phone - often waiting 30 minutes or more on the phone.

And you what I needed which was only two things I was going in for and came out with many more. They had a lot of fantastic sales going on. Couldn't help myself. Check out was easy and fast. The mail employee was very courteous.

This store sucks and needs to be shut down. Won't answer the phones pharmacy or store. And they don't even have that much business to be not answeting calls. I can't even get a status on a prescription. Thwn take breaks for what seeems like you already taking breaks whike you're not answer9the phones.

I'm a Veteran and got very ill. The VA sent me to urgent in Mooresville and advised use Walmart or Walgreens for prescription. As a former Walgreens fan I went with them. But never again, The lady I spoke with informed me that in her 8 years there she had never heard of the Veterans mission act and basically called me a liar. With fever at 102 and terrible pain I offered her the number the VA gave me to call if difficulty arose, but the 8 years Walgreens employee would have no such thing because she knew there was only "Tricare" Apparently actual Veterans are not as smart as she thought she was. End result - I reported to the VA and got my meds sent elsewhere and had to wait several more hours.They WILL NEVER get my business again. How disrespectful!
