I started taking my cars to Rocksolid a year ago after a friend recommended them. They keep you updated with the work and send you photographic reports of what needs to be done, so you can prioritize the work and not pay at all in one go. John and Carlos are very customer based and knowledgeable for the business and I will continue to take my cars there.

This is the second time we’ve had service at Rock Solid Auto. John & the team are up front about repairs & cost. Their communication is top notch & the work is done in a timely and thorough manner. We highly recommend them. We might even say they are “Rock Solid” as a vehicle repair company!

1st time going to Rock Solid Auto to service my 2018 BMW 440i (100k service). I’m giving 5-stars due to the thorough evaluation of my vehicle, super friendly, and kept me informed of progress. I had additional work done on my vehicle beyond the 100k service and very happy with the result.

Outstanding service always

Recently brought my Mercedes in for some work. The guys at Rock Solid kept us updated on the progress, and got everything done seemingly very well and in a timely matter. This was our 3rd time using Rock Solid and have been very pleased each time.

I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and honesty. After doing the assessment John called walked me through everything that was going to be done & what maintenance would be needed & how soon it would be needed. Sent photos of everything discussed. They aren’t the cheapest but well worth their quality & integrity. I would recommend and I would go back again.
