“Both of my sons have specific medical needs such as hearing loss and extensive food allergies. J-Bear staff has taken extreme precaution and patience with both of their needs and it eases my mama heart knowing they are safe and well taken care of. We have been working with J-Bear for 4 years now and I cannot imagine my boys being anywhere else.
Wendy and Peggy worked extensively to go through their menus to identify safe foods for my food allergy kiddo. It is not an easy task, and they are doing everything they can to ensure he is well fed!!
Mimi and Freda in the infant room are beyond phenomenal and so loving. They’re so patient with my little one! He even reaches for Mimi now because he loves her so much!
Patty in the 3/4s classroom is wonderful and my son looks forward to seeing her each day. She helped him with potty training challenges at school and I am forever grateful for her patience, support, and communication!
As for curriculum, I’m SO pleased they use Letter Land for the 3/4s! My older son (4) is thriving and already beginning to read!

The private kindergarten curriculum is excellent as well and due to the testing the children do you can see the score improvements in real life time. I would highly recommend Primrose School at Lake Norman to anyone who wants their child to put in an environment to become successful.”

“TLE has been my daughter’s home away from home for nearly 5 years. She started at 9 months (2021) and exited when kindergarten started (2025). As new parents we had a very positive experience overall. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding of any concerns or needs. Our daughter was prepared for PreK and Kindergarten with the foundation established at TLE. The director is onsite available and accessible daily. The administrative staff is equally attentive. It was always reassuring to know that our daughter was surrounded by staff that genuinely loved and cared about her growth and development. I would highly recommend this day care to anyone in need of a safe and supportive environment for their little one.”
