Dear Shell, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at your location in North Carolina during our recent vacation. We stopped to refuel our truck and encountered several issues that I feel need to be addressed. First, when I went inside to pay for diesel and purchase cigarettes for my mother, the employee at the counter was incredibly rude. She claimed she couldn't remember the diesel pump number because she hadn't been there in a few days. This struck me as highly unprofessional and disorganized, especially since she remembered me purchasing cigarettes. Moreover, her demeanor was unkind and unwelcoming. This is not the kind of service I expect from a good company like Shell. To make matters worse, when my children went inside to buy slushies, they overheard the employee and another worker speaking negatively about me. This is entirely unacceptable and left my family feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this Shell station to others. I suggest taking the time to drive to another location where the service might be more courteous and professional.

Bathrooms "closed" at a fully open gas station off a major highway .. that smelled strongly of weed .. kid peed themselves while trying to get elsewhere

While never the cheapest I've always been pleased with shell fuel which is why I use this particular gas station. It is also well maintained well lit and in a secure location in my opinion.

Not a 25 hour store. Closed at 10:54pm which is an extremely odd time to close. While waiting for their break to be over, more than ten customers tried to enter the store and the door was locked. They shut the lights off at 11:07pm to deter more customers. It is now 11:07pm and I am leaving the lot. I came here because all of the other stations are closed and it is advertised as a 27/7 store. I wouldn’t give them a star if I had the option to not give any stars.

There is a really rude old lady in the night shift that screams at the guests that go in to use the restroom just because she just cleaned it. Everyone was going inside both restrooms. Well that is what the restroom is for, to be used. It is not gonna stay clean forever
