I stopped into this location Monday to discuss a business merger with your phone company and was greeted by a young lady named Jay. What an amazing personality she has on her and extremely knowledgeable about the business and services. I am still in the finalization stages of service switches yet can use more agents like her at my company if you read this! Thank you again for an amazing experience and walk through. I look forward to joining the network soon.

I have been with Tmobile for almost 12 years, I really like the company's service, but the customer service is somewhat poor, I visited this store looking for a new phone, Jay helped us, surprised by his good attitude, he had a lot of knowledge, he explained to us everything we needed to know, and with a smile always, I will trust Tmobile again, I almost changed companies due to the bad service in the stores, I will definitely stay. They should hire more people with Jay.

Justin at the River Hwy store helped me effortlessly switch to T-Mobile. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from setting up the new phones to canceling the old service. Every part of the process was thoroughly explained to me in a friendly, professional manner. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations! He made me feel valued as a new customer. Switching to T-Mobile was an easy and pleasant experience because of Justin!

I want to shout out Briana for being so awesome. Me and my husband went in to get new phones and switch to T-Mobile from Verizon and Briana made it so easy and she was so sweet and funny it made for a good time.

I have had T Mobile for three months now. I switched from Verizon due to pricing and AWFUL customer service. After three months, Verizon coverage and performance is superior. I have not dropped calls like this since the early days of cell phones. Secondly, the 5G network is non-existent. While attempting to search the web, the 5G is moving at a snails pace.

The manager comes off like a complete jerk! Had a screen protector installed last Friday even though my name isn’t technically on the account it’s my daughters, and there’s a small mark on it, so I asked for him to replace it. Exact words were not happening!! Hey, Andre the manager. Your team didn’t have any problem taking my money when I bought the screen protector and I wasn’t authorized on the account. I think you owe me an apology. Power tripper!!!

T-mobile is tops!! They do not gouge the customer, their service when you go into store is timely, prices are certainly lower than most -- especially that other one; their Wi-Fi connection is way less that any other outlet, and I've certainly had no dropped calls. I would not have any other cell service. Hands down they beat all others in service as well as price!

Jay Caldwell understands and delivers exceptional customer service. My wife and I were switching from Verizon and are not tech savvy. My wife's phone was an easy switch and mine was functional but had a damaged keyboard. Jay was patient and empathetic, while she worked diligently to get our phones set up. Moreover she wouldn't let us leave till we were satisfied and answered all our questions.

From Jay , she's very knowledgeable & helpful very patient she worked with me & didn't lose patience, she represented t- mobile in a very professional way I would recommend all to see Jay & I will always return to her! We have the wifi that they provide. And it's absolutely the worst possible thing, lag spikes, and the wifi is super jumpy, it'll work 1 second and the next u have to refresh ur paige, they should stick to phones which is what THE NAME BRAND IS FOR not wifi services

True customer service!!We stopped by this T-Mobile location to replace my MIL's phone due to it being infected with a Trojan that was causing DOS attacks on their home Wi-Fi.The associate who helped us did not just replace the phone. Instead, he took the time to search the apps and found the most likely culprit for the Trojan and deleted it. He then made sure to perform a backup to ensure a clean backup!Above and beyond service is, unfortunately, rare these days! So glad we switched to T-Mobile!BTW... no more attacks!Thanks again!
