My son's friend introduced me to coach T and my son has been working with him for just over a year. As a formal NFL draft pick I have high standards and expectations in a trainer I trust my son with. I have found alot of talk and wannabe trainers in our area. Terrance P is the real deal. I have never met a trainer that understands the game, x's and o's, mental and physical and steps needed to be your best and get to the next level. I have never disagreed with his philosophy or training which with my knowledge and background I have never found anywhere else. It starts with heart, if your son or daughter must have it. We as parents can't do it for them. If they have it, send them to T. If not keep sending them other places for participation trophies. He is the best in the area period.

Marcus is the real deal! He is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with in the fitness industry. As a trainer myself, I have the utmost respect for him and his expertise. Life changing workouts! I leave The Art of Fitness feeling stronger (mentally & physically) after every single training session.

My son starting training with T to help improve his football skills. T & Marcus are fantastic and really know how to push their clients to be his or her best! Would highly recommend this place if you are serious about getting fit!

If you want your kids working out on a public road with tractor trailers whizzing by them then send them here. Very unsafe and someone is going to get hurt. I dont understand why they dont supply these children with a spot to workout that doesnt put them in danger.
