Doesn't matter what time of the day or what day of the week. Those girls at the counter are wonderful and sweet. Always smiling. I have went in the place spitting nails mad because my package was missing and I left with a smile not my package but they turned my bad mood into a good one.

Received notification that my medication was delivered and placed in my apartment mailbox. Hour later and found nothing in my mailbox. Trying to contact someone but cannot find an after hours number. Read missing mail that you have to wait 7 days. Need that medication before 7 days. This is the second time this has happened.Received my meds the next day. Thank you!

Ever heard of one apple spoils the whole bunch? That was my experience. The tall black man at the very end of the checkout area. He was so unprofessional he acted like he didn’t give a care in the world that my packages were missing. He didn’t try to find them and he basically said there was nothing he could do. However, I will say for two young ladies, that were also working, they helped tremendously they went above and beyond to help me find my missing packages. They were very nice professional, and if it wasn’t for that particular employee that was so unprofessional, I would have gave the post office a five star rating because of the ladies who went above and beyond to find my packages. I highly suggest you get rid of the man with such a horrible attitude. Who acts like he doesn’t care he’s just there for a paycheck.

I am feeling quite generous in giving this 1 star…while the service is absolutely awful. I completely understand that you can only play the cards you are dealt and the USPS worker is well recognized as the worst of the worst as it relates to to all aspects of customer service. I can only imagine that there are absolutely no qualifications for this position or they are completely thrown out the door. Heartbeat check, your hired!I filled out label with shipping and return. Attached to box. He was not happy. It was not placed where he liked it. Told me to go fill out another one. I said I would ship priority….he was not having any of it. Karma will come around as his days are numbered. The absolute worst customer service from a USPS facility I have ever experienced!

Not sure if this is the same place for the sorting center but I’ve had many issues with my mail. I now have informed delivery. Sometimes I’ll get zero mail & then all the sudden a bulk of mail. It just really seems like whoever they’re hiring lately don’t care. In store I’ve not had any problems, but the customer service when you call is very rude. So if you’re expecting any mail that’s important, never send without tracking. The prices are definitely more affordable though. And I’ll still choose USPS over any of the others.

I have placed mail on hold 3 times and each time it is ignored! I’ve had aerosolized hair products delivered in 100 degree heat during that time, packages delivered, all mail. Evidently a package was held at the post office per me without instruction when I clearly put the mail on hold to be then be delivered on my return date! When you call you can’t get the home location and their automated system is horrible! You wait on hold silently for 3 minutes while the automated system makes up entries and bounces you around then says they’ll call you back in 30+ minutes. Snail mail is a joke! I’d use UPS for EVERYTHING if it was possible! They actually follow your delivery instructions and mail holds and redelivery notices.

Line can be a little long, but they are very thorough when helping you and explaining the process! I had to ship a camera and didn't know where to start, I got recommended the right packing materials and even compared prices on shipping rates for me.

We moved here from Atlanta and have been in Mooresville for about two months now and have had 60% of all packages misdelivered. The woman who services our townhomes (The Abode at Reid’s Cove), is about as incompetent as they come. The first mishap was when my $1300 Garmin Tactix seven smart watch went missing. I was home all day this particular day, and I received a notification from USPS stating that the package was undeliverable due to not being able to access the mailbox. This is a lie due to the fact that there was signature verification for this particular package and there would be no way to drop off at mailbox and furthermore, she never came to our door, pure laziness. July 21st, I received notification that a pair of very expensive tactical sunglasses were delivered at or around my mailbox. I go to check and lo and behold there’s nothing in the box. There is, however another resident mail in my box so that leaves me to believe that they have my sunglasses which they probably will deny they have. I make a formal complaint and even go down to the local post office at services in my area and speak to the manager/postmaster and he assures me that it was scanned in in front of the mailbox so that means someone else has the glasses. Today I waited and steak out of the mailbox and waited for this lazy person to show up so I could confront her and ask her what happened to my packages. She shows up and at the same time I got a call from the supervisor and he says that she scanned in both packages and that they were in the mailbox and she open them which is a bold face lie because there was nothing there. These people lie to the customer just to say face because they’re lazy, uneducated scammers with the IQ’s of avocado pits. I go back to check for my packages after she leaves, hoping that they’ll be there and the only thing that there are a few Amazon packages minus my expensive sunglasses that I needed. Avoid this establishment at all cost. If you need to purchase something live in the area request from the company to use a different courier service. I suggest UPS because they deliver directly at your door not at some rinky-dink cluster mailbox.

The lines always go really slow, but they’re friendly if you’re nice to them, (obviously). I also love the self serve kiosk it makes it easy to drop off prepaid packages! Postal work isn’t easy, You have to deal with the worse of humanity at this job

The drivers are the WORST! I constantly get the wrong mail delivered or my mail gets delivered to the wrong address! Train your workers to read the addresses they are delivering too!!

Had to verify my address for a package. I went to verify it the SAME day I was notified, but when I got there they told me they already sent it back to the sender. Then gave me attitude because the address was wrong. On the notification it said it was scheduled to deliver the next day if I verified the address. So why tf would they send it back??
