Excellent customer service from everyone. I've had to deal with multiple major transactions and opened an account for my son and I get nothing but excellent service.

Legit dolts. This location should be avoided like the plague. Requested my own account information to be printed on Wells Fargo letterhead for a wire transfer. Knowing how horrible this location is, I called ahead to ensure that this request could be fulfilled. Marlene said she could do what I was requesting and there would be an envelope with the documents included for my arrival. I arrived and received generic information on how to SEND a wire transfer. After noting that this was not the information requested, the blonde in the front area stated that they could get me an account summary, however it would only have the last 4 of the account number. I retorted with how is that going to help me with a wire transfer. Spent another 20 minutes in the teller line to get a temporary check that will hopefully work.

If you go to this location, you'll deal with a very horrendous lady who knows absolutely nothing about customer service. It's not the nice teller that helped and explained what was wrong, it was her manager standing next to her who has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. I work in customer service. This woman obviously has never, being that the first encounter I had with her was her saying to the nice teller "can you see what this lady needs". Like what? Usually when I go to this location I'm greeted and said hello to. But not today. Thanks for f****** up my birthday wells Fargo! Now I know why I stopped banking with you!

This location treats walk in customers as second rate compared to cars in the drive through. Worse is the business line. Just don't go in it. No one else will help you and they will all chat to each other as the one "business" teller counts those fifty deposits from the person in front of you. But let's say you don't go in the business line and you skip that problem. Unfortunately, it's a little busy and the teller manager or bank manager takes one look at you and says you'll take too much time or it's too complex and tell you to wait for the next teller. Meanwhile she then helps the next two people behind you. Keep in mind she did NOT ask what you needed. All in all several employees do their best, while management has set up a business line that doesn't speed anything up and I've seen the staff turn over two or three times in a year.

Okay for making a simple deposit or getting cash from your account but for anything else, pick a different branch. Staff could care less about you and the manager is no better. Save yourself the frustration and pick another location.

I have been w/Wells for many years, first on the west coast, then w/Wachovia and a happy convert when Wells took over. I have always loved the customer service at Wells, both in person and via phone. They have never gouged me w/fees like BofA does, they've never removed $ from my acct like BofA is known to do and they have tons of locations. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer free notary service to customers and don't make you feel rushed when you sit down to talk w/someone about investments, etc. I can get to this location easily and they have three drive-up teller lanes and a drive-up ATM. Never had a problem here and I am baffled by all the Wells haters.
