“We originally ordered from Custom Offsets, as I wasn’t familiar with Rimz One. We then found Rimz One and decided to order our rim and tire package from them. We opted to have everything mounted and balanced before it arrived.
There was a small hiccup when two of the rims arrived slightly damaged. These guys immediately stepped up and rectified the issue without hesitation. They are definitely men of their word! The new rims were delivered within just 2 days.
Customer service was absolutely on point from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend Rimz One and will definitely be ordering another set for our other truck soon.
