Ace Marine Rigging & Supply is known for its great staff and helpful service. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable team that assists with orders, even in emergencies. The store may not always have every item in stock, but staff can guide customers to other local marine shops if needed. Many find the selection enjoyable, comparing it to a candy store, especially for items like XTRATUF boots. While some products may be on the pricier side, the overall experience keeps customers returning to shop. Additionally, Ace is a Milwaukee distributor.
I bought the wrong kind of nut to go on the bolts that I purchased and the counter staff was very helpful and very understanding. They made the exchange process quite easy. I was on my way with the correct hardware very quickly.
